The employees were so nice and it didn’t take long for my food to come out. It was alright, nothing special.
I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. It was so good to me I went 2 nights in a row. My only gripe is that the first night ordered they plated my food all on the same plate but the second night everything was individually packaged, which I thought was weird so I went in to ask for at a go plate so I could put my food on one plate and the lady told me that they didn’t do that. they can’t put the food all together on the same plate when I had it all together on the same plate the night before…???ODD… other than that my experience with great.
Went here really early Friday morning. Not to busy. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't miss a beat!
I got the rise and shine with over-easy eggs (they were perfectly made) bacon hashbrowns & biscuits. Yum! It was all prepared perfectly. I then made my own breakfast sandwich out of it, since the breakfast sandwich meal they had on the menu looked so tempting, and I couldn't decide which to order.
Antoinette and staff were Amazing!!! Visited a Sat in Oct @2p with 30+ family members. The staff's service was swift, and with a smile. Appreciate you all, from the cooks to the servers!!!
It's very clean service was great even been short staffed, the food was very good and the biscuits were very good I really like them.
My husband and some friends we were at Bob Evans at Mayfield Hts today and the manager Antoinette saved the day our food was an hour late and the manager because she provided Excellent customer service she did her job if it was not for her we wanted to just leave.
My daughter and I met for breakfast on Saturday morning. It was busy. They were short staffed. We waited about 25 minutes to be seated. The manager, Antoinette, served us. She was pleasant and efficient. It was a great experience and well worth the wait.
It was exprompt Thanksgiving dinner for two when every businesses were closed for holiday. And it was a good surprise that Bob Evans was not closed, so we had good dinner at home due to this turkey dinner take out with all trimmings. Everithing was tasty and we were thankfull for Bob Evans!

The honey butter chicken was quite delicious and our server was sweet, polite and helpful.
If you haven't had the pot roast sandwich, you don't know what you are missing. Delicious! I ordered 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup for just $7.95. What a great deal, and very filling!
