By far the nicest subway restaurant I've ever been to staff is amazing.
This is definitely my favorite subway location! It’s literally the only one I order from now. It’s helpful that I live in the area. The employees are super friendly, they remember me every time I come in. I always enjoy their smiles and amazing customer skills. The food is always tasty and fresh. I have no complaints honestly.
The staff here was absolutely amazing, friendly and genuine nothing makes lunch break feel better than great service, by far the greatest subway experience I've ever had, I was greeted when I came in and treated as a customer should be, my Italian BMT was made perfectly and rather neat for the amount of items I had added craftsmanship was top their I'd give the guy and girl working 10 stars if I could, thank you!!
This is my new go-to Subway. Was on the way out of town for a 12 hour day and this fat wrap is going to power me through it. This team gave me life with their personalities, efficiency, and authentic customer service. They energized The Energy Producer and I’m so grateful. Thank you, go team!
I stopped during the lunch rush in between 1:30 and 2:00. They were slammed with a line at the door. I've never been to a subway where they've gotten everybody taken care of so fast. Not only was it super quick but all three of them had an exceptionally wonderful attitude and were extremely pleasant. I had to post this review as soon as I got back to my car because I was so pleased with the experience.
This is the best subway in all of Cleveland! Everyone is upbeat and very nice and courteous!
This is the best Subway experience I've had in a long time. The young man working was super kind, super fast, and clearly knows what he is doing making a sandwich. Didn't catch his name, but it was Thursday 1/13 @ 3:15pm

My fiancé and I went to this Subway on 9/24 at 645pm and the three employees who were working could not have been nicer! The sandwiches they made and their service was exceptional! Especially the man who was working was an absolute delight. They deserve raises! Best subway ever.
ugh the staff is super super nice and i really love the way they that they pack up the food. the only thing i had an issue was how they were cross contaminating my orders. like i got stuff vegetarian stuff and meat stuff. it would be nice for them to do the vegetarian stuff first then the meat stuff. but they did some of the vegetarian stuff and then the meat stuff and then retouched the vegetarian stuff. you could transfer meat oils onto the vegetarian stuff.. please beware of this.
Just stopped in (2/21/22 @ 4:45) the nicest and friendliest young men working (2 of them). Thank you for having such great people working there!! Will be back again!
This location is by far the best around. They people there are so friendly and strive for great customer service. Not to mention, they always take time to make the sub the right way.
i drive out of my way to come to this Subway! they always have fresh, soft bread and ingredients. All the workers are cool peeps and I appreciate them!
Walking in the door they greet you. Very pleasant with great service. I wish other businesses took example from this location.
