I have a Mr. Hero literally 2 minutes from my home but I drive to this location because of the staff and owner. The quality of the food, the freshness and the cleanliness of the place. Everything is spot on, Ero complaints.
I haven't been to Mr here on quite a while I had a Roman Burger wafer fry and something to drink it was so good prices were reasonable service was great thanks 👍

It's consistently good food most others are sometimey as heck! A bit slow but good freshly made food every time. Updated: 6/22/21 why did I wait so long to revisit just as good as I remembered.

More restaurants can learn some thing here. First of all it is clean. I mean really clean and well lit.
The staff always has a smile and treats you like you matter.
And yes the food is very good. Always prepared correctly and quickly.

Dear Laura Sparks, you have the CLEANEST Mr Hero I've ever been at. The customer area: floor was not sticky or oily like I've seen at others. Every table was spotless and clearly well taken care of. Worker area: the stainless was spotless, floors looked clean. Staff: friendly and very helpful.

Great food, and friendly service. Orders are always hot and freshly made. Mr Hero tends to be a bit pricey, by fast food standards. But quality makes up for it imo.
The people at work here are great I'm doing a job right across the street a construction site and these people are always great to me the workers are awesome and the food is always More than you would expect I would highly recommend this place

Very friendly staff at the Middleburg Hts Mr Hero. My romanburger was prepared as ordered and treated great. The fries were also nice and hot.
