Our family went to dinner here today, and I must say we had a great Easter dinner. We didn't experience any of the problems mentioned here. Our server was attentive, our food arrived quickly, and was delicious (and managed to please a quite finicky 8 year old). The manager himself even came by twice to check on us, and the place was packed. Much better than TX Roadhouse, we will be back.

This is a favorite spot for us to go. The filet is always cooked perfectly and I also love the salmon. I've never had a problem with the service but I understand if it gets busy you may wait a little longer. To me the great food would be worth it.
Wife and I had a great time. Place was busy, but we got a table in the bar, so we didn't have the huge wait like most people. Our waitress was great and our food was wonderful. Got our drink orders in at happy hour pricing just in time. If you are military don't forget to ask for your discount. :) I appreciate that. Thanks!
We did not have a good experience the last time and hesitated to go back but am REALLY glad we did. Food was fantastic as was the service!! Our server, Myna was the best! On top of everything and very attentive! She needs a raise!

Dinner was delicious as always, only my dinner partner complains all the time about nothing. Keep the good food a'coming. Another steak on the barbie please.
Their food was out of this world! I ordered the prime rib sandwich and wow is it good! Our server also did an awesome job. The only negative was the wait time that we experienced before getting seated. It was just my wife and I, and even with a half empty restaurant, it took a good 20 minutes to get seated. I'm sure this is because of their lack of employees at the moment. Technically they did nothing wrong. It was just a long wait.
Best experience I have had thus far!! Our waitress was amazing, didn't have to ask for anything she already had it covered. Meal was cooked to perfection and I have had bad experiences in the past with my food not cooked the way I like it. The blooming onion was cooked to perfection- crunchy very well seasoned along with everything else I had with my meal!!
As expected for a chain restaurant. Dan, our server, was excellent. On point, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Had the Victoria filet. Cooked as ordered. Same for my dining companion.
Everything was very good. It wasn't too busy when we went and the wait staff were very polite and attentive. Even the owner came by our table to make sure everything was ok. I enjoyed the steak and shrimp but didn't like the Mac and cheese that much, but that's just my preference. My wife enjoy it and took the rest home. I also got a cup of the new chili which was very good but very small.
I was so pleased with the sky-high level of service we got here from Jessica, our server. My goodness she was on top of everything. I took my daughter by to just get a blooming onion to have a little Daddy-daughter date (we already had dinner). We arrived and the place was packed with a 30-minute wait. So, we decided to go the take-out entrance where the very kind gentleman was taking a very big order from someone on the phone. I thought, based on the customer's call that it may take a while for us to get in-n-out. This lady came in right when I was thinking this and was moving very quick, getting our order, and even offered lemonade and bread while we waited. She really took care of us; much better than we're used to when going out to eat. She was hospitable, kind, on top of things, and generous. Really made our experience great. Thanks again!!!
Although I didn't take pictures of the meals. It was 5 star from start to finish. Got there at 530 on a Friday were seated right away. Waitress was prompt and courteous. We ordered blooming onion chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My boyfriend got the clam chowder and I the chopped salad. Everything was fresh hot and Delicious. Dont have a single complaint. Would definitely go back.
