ALWAYS, Love to go to Olga's!!! Saddened they are not open for dine in. However, the car side delivery has been GREAT!!!! I believe the carry out orders are larger servings! Food quality is always fresh and tasty. The Best spinach pie. Don't forget, to tip extra for the car delivery!!!
For some reason I really enjoy this place. The service was extremely fast and the food is always good. Nothing but accolades do the Olga's franchise. My waitress did what you could do given the pandemic. She was fast and responsive to all of my needs.
I was just inside this restaurant, it was very very clean! The girls working the front were so kind and on top of my order. Unfortunately another customer came in and was treating the staff poorly. I just wanted to leave a comment and let management know that the staff was doing an amazing job and I feel bad that people think they can treat other people the way the customer did. I think the girls name was Bella. She was so nice and gave me extra cheese with no hesitation. I will be returning!

I had a little bit of an issue with my carry out order a few weeks ago. The wrong sandwich was made and placed in my to go bag. I had the order delivered and called and spoke with Courtney, who was the manager on duty, she not only understood but offered to remake the sandwich. It was close to close by the time the mistake was found and they used a third party service for delivery I believe so she let me know I would need to come pick it up. I went in to get the sandwich and returned home and found out the sandwich was still incorrect. I then called back the restaurant and asked to speak with Courtney, I told her the issue and she apologized profusely and understood my frustration.
I wanted to give you a little background, but you are probably questioning the rating above. I gave 5 stars solely on Courtneys customer service. She showed much empathy and did everything she could to rectify the situation. Mistakes happen but it's all about how you treat and make up for it after the fact. Thank you again Courtney!
