My visit to this location today was a three star or less visit but I gave it four stars because generally this location is very good. Today I think they may have been training because they had lots of workers working and many seemed to not know what they were doing. I ordered two items one a combo one just a sandwich and when I arrived home the only thing that was right was my drink. Also all the food was overly salty. As I said earlier though this is the first time I have ever had a bad experience there and it seemed as if they might have been training so I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. They remodeled the entire place. The outside is fairly nice and a little different/eclectic. The interior is nice enough, they changed it as necessary for COVID to give six feet of space between diners tables. It feels a little bare but possibly because I am more used to the old look and feel. All in all I would say if you are in the area and want Sonic give them a try.

First Sonic I've been to where you could dine inside. The food was good the help was friendly and they even delivered our order to our table all in all a very good experience!

The service was pretty quick and our orders were correct. The person originally taking our order, while not rude, was not entirely friendly either. Midway through our order, the person taking our order suddenly switched with no explanation or even introduction of the new voice. There could be plenty of good reasons for employees to switch mid order, however since no explanation, introduction, or anything else was given, I have to assume that she got annoyed with us. She certainly sounded annoyed. We were giving her our orders as quickly and succinctly as possible, but there are five of us so it does take a little longer to order for all of us. I could understand the problem more if we were all asking for different tickets or really complicated orders. But, this was not the case. Our orders were pretty average and straight forward. (I base this on my own experiences from working fast food.) So I feel like while service was decent, customer relations could use some improvement.

The crew was friendly. I received my order and was out the door quicker than I came in.
