Short staff, only way to order or even pickup food is drive thru. I ordered online for pickup and I had to wait another 20min in drive thru line with 4 cars ahead of me even though my order was already ready and paid for. So be prepared to wait awhile.
Going down hill, lime most places they can't get compident people to work. So sad how bad Biden has made this country.
