Very rude staff at the drive through window, wasn't even done ordering and says okay your total is so and so drive on up and we go we weren't done ordering, kid at the window goes you and finish at the window. I always enjoy my visit to Dunkins,the staff are always friendly and handles my order quickly. I like the fact that my coffee is hot and the donuts are done to perfection. Which is something other places do not do consistently. It is always nice that they remember you as a regular customer.
My wife is allergic to tropical fruit and was assured that the Peach refresher was just peach. She took one drink and her mouth immediately went numb and started itching. She's lucky that her allergy isn't life threatening, others are not so lucky. You need to train your employees on the ingredient

My drive thru person didn’t let me finish my order before cutting me off to ask my size for my coffee and then go figure my coffee was wrong. I don’t know where they find these people truly upset
