I always bring my family here. The food is great. Lots of items to choose from. Service is always the best. Parking is never a problem. Waiting to be seated is not long. Overall this place never disappoints.
Great food as always and our waiter was doing a fantastic job, kept checking on us constantly. All the employees were very pleasant. The server's who brought out our food were very helpful and asked if we needed anything else. Such a good time had by all of us in our group. Always can't wait to come back again. Love Red Robin.
My ❤️ is sad. I loved this spot a few years ago. Always popping and clean and the servers were bright, full of personality. Katie, my sever did wonderful and was nice and always checked on us. Good job! The food was great!! My sadness comes from the cleanliness, along with the other people that work here. The walk slow with their hair a mess, hold a broom and dust pan only to pass up messes all over! Their walls in the booths are messy with old food. It appears to me that the employees? I saw had little drive and didn't take much pride in what they do here.
The food was good however, they have streamlined their menu quite a bit since I was last there. They were also out of several staple items, including bacon. The restaurant decor including the bathrooms are outdated and dilapidated. The customer service of the staff members was very good - professional, friendly and efficient. I would say the customer service alone is carrying them through to a 4-star review.
Keep up the good work and don't get comfortable.
Had a great burger here at the bar, fair prices and service was always on the ball about what you needed.
Food was very good, though the wait was rather long. Garlic fries were not as hot as they should have been. The Black and Bleu burger was delicious though. The Dr. Pepper tasted kinda syrupy.
