Ordered online. Email said it would be ready at 1:55. I waited and waited and when they asked for my name at 2:12, I told them and they never made my sandwich. I finally walked out at 2:18. 2 stars instead of 1 because at a least the sandwich tasted good. Owner/management you either need to back up

Was there last week and have to give this location 5 stars, location is great especially for my family. My kids were able to get Blaze, spouse got a sub at Jersey Mike’s and I was able to get FiveGuys. Everyone ate the ridiculous amount of extra fries. Perfect as we all were happy and satisfied.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is perfect. I've had both hot and cold subs. The hot are served piping hot and flavorful. The cold boast crisp veggies and perfectly sliced cold meats. I can't imagine going somewhere else.

Of all the sandwhich spots in the area this has the best bread for GlutenFree. The size is sufficient even with the regular, im a large guy and the sandwhich and chips is enough to satisfy. Been here twice and had gotten a hot Chipotle sub the first time and a cold italian the second time. Both times their sandwiches have been mediocre and plain. I only came the second time because firehouse subs has been closed. I will not be coming back.

Great sandwich. The toppings were fresh and the meat/cheese were great as well.
