My sandwich was not made the way I ordered it, it looked like it was made by a two year old, it was cold no mayo after I asked for extra mayo, had tomatoes even though I ordered without. My fries tasted like they had been sitting there for hours even after I ordered them fresh with extra salt.
The employees just don't take pride in their job they just slap it all together and send it out the way they want.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Sad since the store on 14th was where I would always go because they would always get my order right. But these last few times the food has been horrible.

Pretty good McDonald's, always pretty quick and effective (at daytime) for a really inexpensive price. Ordered a Mcdouble, small fry, chicken nuggets, and a powerade. You can't beat the price, I will say unfortunately as the night goes on the customer service slowly gets worse.

McDonald's is always a 50 50 it's either good or it's just not. The last several times I've went to the McDonald's on prince lord the food was so so good. Definitely worth a 5 to 10 min wait by the time I got home food was still fresh which sometimes doesn't happen.

Came to the clovis McDonald and as usual they completely got my order wrong, this has become the norm at McDonald's. Order no pickles no mustard and get extra pickles no onions... the failure of McDonald's training, efficiency and even caring about their product is incredible. Pro tip: dumb down your order and hope for the best.

Waited over a hour for a door dash delivery, then was told to pull forward. Called the store to see what was taking so long. I was told the order was being bagged. Then an employee came out and asked me what the order was. They then said they don’t do ice cream after midnight. The. Asked for the order again. Was told by an employee the order never pulled up after the number was verified twice. Waited for another 30 minutes. Was almost handed the wrong order. Had to verify the order again. This is the worst service. I honestly wish I could rate 0 stars at this point.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and extra pickles and a small order of fries got a quarter pounder with cheese and 1 pickle placed in the middle as it were done on purpose.
Usually enjoy the fries but these were cold and smelled of grease.
Would have taken back but after being on the road for 12 hours didn’t feel like it was worth the energy to go and give someone the satisfaction.
Won’t ever go back. Didn’t get a receipt either.
With as many bad reviews as it has I don’t know why the management or franchise doesn’t look in to it??????

Leal's has a pretty good service. Chips and salsa are usually served within a minute. Drinks are served in about 3 to 5 depending on the party. Food flavor is not all authentic but its delicious. Stuffed avocado and brisket tacos are a specialty.

Very poor service in the evening. Horrible food presentation, awful quality. Food was cold and we had to pull up for 20 minutes for a blueberry muffin and 2 cheeseburgers. To boot, it looks like they took 2 old burgers from under the lamp and slapped an extra piece of cheese on there that didn't even melt. Daytime not as bad but when visiting in store, they see not very quick to help you either.

I ordered chicken strips and waited for over an hour for my order which i recieved nuggets instead and couldnt wait any longer for it to be fixed.. before i pulled away from the window i asked for the ranch which comes with the meal (not extra) because no sauce in bag and the girl slammed window shut and avoided me until i honked my horn. On the same visit my sister ordered a club house burger because its still advertised on menu for them to laugh and say they dont have it. Mcdonalds literally gets on my nerves everytime.

Today I ordered 5 McChickens. 3 of them had no meat on them. Called to let them know and the manager said I could come back another day and get them. Started to give her my name and she hung up on me! Called back and no answer! Great customer service and satisfaction �. This isn't the first time they have not put the chicken on a sandwich! I don't care if your busy or not! Do your JOB!

My granddaughter likes McDonald’s and so here we are again. Wanted to sit after getting our order and every table was dirty. Not the crumb dirty (I can deal with that) but the sticky yucky dirty. So I ask if someone can wipe the table and we are standing with our food waiting. So, I let Toni play for a bit. Still waiting after 5 minuets and go back to the counter and ask for a wet towel. Manager says she can’t do that and she will send someone out when they are caught up. Ok, cold fries are not tasty! Go back to standing with food to keep an eye on Toni and finally, this older lady (I did not know she has arthritis) comes to wipe the table. Ok so wiping the table consists of gently wiping like a little 2 year old does when they help mom at home and I can still see sticky black something on the table. I can’t handle that so I literally have to wipe the table myself. Dang it, it was not my intention to make this lady cry. I just wanted to sit down at a clean table. I have apologized to her and I am the one that is feeling guilty. I just wanted to sit at a clean table and the management should ensure that customers can enjoy hot food!

Just went through the drive up on Mabry Drive took abou 15 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. Checked the order before pulling away. It was totally wrong gave it back and got another order. Thinking it was correct pulled away totally wrong again. Went into the store and didn’t even get an apology for being wrong. They definitely need someone in the store that form a good team

I don't know what is goin on at this McD's. All I do know is things need to be fixed. The last 2 days for me have been busy and last night at 10:30 we placed a mobile order. I got home to find 2 mcdoubles no ketchup extra pickles were in fact mcchickens. Not even a burger. The daily double with no mayo add ketchup I ordered was wrong as well. It was a mcchicken. I went all the way back to get it fixed and it ended up having to be fixed not once but twice. Then today after getting back from portales we stopped to get my hubby a quick dinner before work and once again they could not read a grill slip and once again made it wrong not once but twice. I would have made them fix it again but I am tired of fightin with y'all's crew and havin to wait forever to get my food back. Jon needs to go in there and figure out why so many orders are bein done wrong and being returned.

I can tell you that the food is ok but the service is bad. Both McDonald's employees have the same attitude. I can't blame the employees but I can blame management. You should try handing out drinks and ice cream at the first Window to help the speed of your drive through and you can actually have better production. Just a suggestion

Worst service ever. Had us pull up and they brought out half of the order. I finally went in 30 minutes later to get the rest. Everything cold. Get somebody on there that knows what they are doing.

Worst service ever tonight! Over 20 minute wait in the drive thru, no cheese on egg mcmuffin and left out a breakfast burrito, fries in the happy meal were cold. The 4 people after us who ordered and were asked to pull forward and park received there orders before us and were given pies for there wait as it was announced to them we didn't even get an appology and our order wasn't correct.

I came into the drive thru today, normally I am super duper happy with the service I get here. Today it is freezing cold and pouring sleet, I waited at the COD to give my order for 3 minutes, no problem, shit happens. During this time it went from hardly raining to generously sleeting. A female came over and asked to take my order, she then interrupted me during my number 7 with a DP rant, and said, "hold on", to which I replied, "no, it is raining in my face." to which I heard no reply so I departed to Wienerschnitzel and was greeted politely and had my food in the time I had waited with my window down freezing my nips off to hear, "hold on", from McDonalds. Sorry, normally wouldn’t care enough to write a stupid review, but that was straight up rude. You can bribe me with a free number 7 large with a DP and a plain bacon McDouble to change this review to a 5 star.

Should have a negative star rating!! Went to the McDonald's on Mabry Drive last night after work to grab my husband something to eat. Was tired and wanted to get something quick and head home. Ordered 2 Filet O fish and a large order of fries, paid and pulled up to the window and nothing happened...Waited 20-25 minutes (I know stupid to wait that long-should have just driven off). Had just entered John Snowberger's phone number in my phone to call and complain when my phone went dead! The girl at the window finally appeared (she had been hiding from me somewhere) and handed my food out. No apology, no explanation, no offer for free food. Nada! I'm normally not rude but I was pissed by that point and asked what took so long? Her reply, "Oh we had to cook fresh fish" Had I known it would take that long I would have gone somewhere else! Oh and if you are cooking fresh fish might as well cook fresh fries too, they were cold and stale! Be a long time before I go back, if ever!!!!!
