Ok. it's fast food so not a 5 star. BUT, service was great...employee at the drive thru window super friendly and efficient. Great salad for a drive thru.
Let me just start this review off by saying accuracy in the food industry has long been forgotten. That is by everyone except for when Desmond takes over the register at Hilton Head DQ . His willingness and almost unshakable efforts to not only check and recheck but to throw maybe two more checks in there and those, those were on the house. Haha, that's right. Desmond, you are a born leader and an old soul that could teach others in this industry a thing or two. Here's to you Desmond, a REAL American Hero.
Came to visit this place on vacation and it was delicious! We don’t have many Dairy Queen’s out where I’m from and the ones we do have look like little stands at the mall so I was surprised to see a real restaurant size Dairy Queen. I wasn’t expecting much either but boy was I wrong. The ice cream is amazing and I love how quick they made our orders. My boyfriend ordered some food there too which I got to have a bite from and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food turned out to be. Much better than any frozen yogurt place I have to say. I’ll be back again for sure :)
I went here after work on Thursday for a cone. I was behind one person in the drive thru and it took awhile because she'd ordered a lot of complicated items. When it was my turn, the cashier made a mistake on my card, and at first I was super annoyed, but these ladies not only fixed the mistake IMMEDIATELY, but also gave me my cone..and it was a bit larger than I'd ordered! ; - ) Thanks ya'll, I really needed that! Will definitely be visiting again.
Our favorite place to take a quick bite. Drive through is usually quick. Always stocked in cakes. And really like the healthier option of the grilled wrap on their kids menu. Let's not forget their famous soft serve!
Visited this Dairy Queen today after being at the beach. It was about 17 of with 15 of them children from 1-16. While they were friendly and nice I don't think they were used to handling groups that big. They weren't communicating well with each other.
But every mistake they made they fixed swiftly and without attitude overall it was a pleasant visit.
We all love Dairy Queen, but this visit was made especially enjoyable by Christine's pleasant outgoing personality. She greeted us with a smile and gave us the feeling that she truly was glad to see us. We had a wonderful Blizzard with Cristine favorite topping.
Dairy Queen of Bluffton SC is coming together nicely with all the hard work from our newly employed staff. We want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding with training new people how to run the register and make orders! We couldn't do it without our customers, so thanks for everything!
The Service was Excellent! There were 2 employees that stood out and gave exceptional service! The food was fresh and we felt like we were in an eat in restaurant, they brought our tray to our table and everything. I just don't have words for how great the service is at this DQ. We were visiting from out of town and it was very refreshing to be treated so well. We gave to 2 employees a tip lol ....5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great place to eat with the family, food was great i had the philly steak combo and it was wonderful after all the food was fresh and well done. Now it's time for desert the blizzards were great and the new pumpkin pie blizzards that was so great. I most certainly will be back with the family and friends.
I biked 5 miles to Dairy Queen, to get an Oreo milkshake. It was absolutely amazing! There was a bike parking, so your bike was safe. I would absolutely come back next time! Take good care and I’ll see you next time Dairy Queen!
