We stayed in cocoa beach for 4 nights and had breakfast here twice. The wife and I loved the avocado on toast after having 2 weeks of self serve buffet breakfast at the hotel in Orlando. Great toast, fresh avocado and tomato, and the hash brown was fantastic. Bottomless drinks and a generous amount of coffee were also great. Staff were really friendly and attentive and the cost was very reasonable. Great place for breakfast/brunch.
Leslie is the best Saturday wake up! She remembers her visitors and goes out of the way to make you feel welcome. Jenna is great too and everybody there has a smile. It’s a destination for me to start my motorcycle rides there on the weekends and it’s always a pleasure!!

It's one of the smallest ihops I've ever been in. It doesn't have a lot of seating minimal staff but best service I've had in a long time. Food was done the way it was supposed to be the first time around highly recommend. Staff is very friendly.
It's it's very clean in the restaurant and the restrooms.
Our Waitress, Leslie, was a blessing. She was funny and made our experience very delightful. The food was delicious as well

Even though it was very busy ,the hostess was either sitting customers or getting to go orders done quickly. I had a to go order and every waitress would ask if I needed help . Oh by the way the food was great even for a takeout order
Wait staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Drinks and food was delivered in good time. Food was very good and fillings. Restaurant is a bit aged and could us a face lift to make it more attractive. Plenty of room for parking but not for RV or large truck.

We stopped by while on vacation and just looking for something quick and easy and had an above and beyond experience! Erica, our server, was so nice and very attentive. Food was hot and delicious. Never had to wait on refills, check, or anything. Very wonderful experience.
I came here after long day of work, an hour before close. It's a Friday night, holiday weekend and the area is busy with spring break season. I wanna give a shout out to the staff as they all were very friendly and hard working. Food was very yummy too 😋

My wife was in the hospital nearby so I went there for breakfast. I had the t-bone steak and eggs. It came with pancakes I didn't want them I wanted hash browns. They charge me an extra $4 of hash browns and didn't give me the pancakes. If they told me there wasn't a substitution I would have taken them home to my dogs. With a coffee it cost me over $30 dollars. The food was good but pricey
To start, we visited on a Sunday a little before noon for breakfast. It was just my wife and I and there was a small wait which we didn't mind. We only waited about 10-15 minutes tops and then we were sat in a half booth along the windows. This IHOP is rather small and compact and the parking was very narrow and crowded.
Our server, Cori, was very fun. She was very quick with getting our drinks, taking our order, getting it put in and bringing it out. The prebussing was so fast, I almost didn't even notice it and I don't know how but the food at this ihop looked and tasted significantly better than the food at my hometown ihop.
I got the Breakfast Sampler with French toast and, let me tell you, that French toast was absolutely amazing. My wife got the avacado toast and a waffle, both of which she said she greatly enjoyed. We also both got coffee which definitely hit the spot this morning. 10/10 would recommend.
Erica was our waitress and was HILARIOUS and totally on top of our needs. They were super nice, fast, and friendly! Awesome team and nice place for a late risers breakfast! I'm on vacation, pancakes at 11 AM is what I wanted and they didn't disappoint 😁
