What a wonderful addition to downtown CB. The place is a gem - fantastic food with the most interesting flavor combinations. Had the tuna which was done to perfection. Let not a crumb on my plate! Highly recommend everyone go there.
This place is the best date night spot in Cocoa Beach! The food, sangria, dessert, service, environment, etc...is on point! Thank you for bringing the Flavour to Downtown CB!
While sitting at the chef’s table, the two of us were able to watch chef Jason create his masterpieces over and over.
Every menu item had flavors that hit every tastebud. We tried all five sangrias and were frustrated trying to figure out which one was best.
Beyond amazing food. Fantastic staff. Trendy comes to mind, but trends come and go... flavor lasts forever.
Go there and tell chef “I trust you” and he will make you a meal that makes you plan your next visit before you walk out the door.
Today was our first time visiting this establishment and all we can say is Wow. The food, atmosphere and the staff are incredible. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a New York Vibe kind of Restaurant with an incredible Chef at the helm named Jason whose meals are fantastic and unique. Check it out my friends, you won't be disappointed.
We happened to stroll on in tonight. The place was fairly busy but we were able to get a table without reservations. We started off with the filet tartar and hush puppies, both were excellent! Our main dishes were probably the best NY strip steak we’ve had in a while and the Short Rib flat bread, again amazing! If that wasn’t enough, dessert was the Banana fritters with homemade ice cream, just wow! I’m so glad we stumbled in and had an amazing birthday meal. We will definitely come back
My husband and I have eaten at Flavour twice now. Once for dinner and once for brunch.
We loved it.
Wonderful food, friendly staff, and great atmosphere.
The only thing that would make it better for ME is if there were more vegetarian options. But I loved what I could eat so much that I still think this place deserves 5 stars.
We will be back again!
Had the most wonderful dinner tonight! Great atmosphere. Delicious food, my fav was the crab cake. Loved the sangria selection. Chocolate soufflé was to die for. Will definitely be back soon!
A little loud, but you can’t beat this family run business!
The food was over the top, as well as the people!
Plan on making this a regular spot!
Great menu, had the fried green tomatoes encrusted in pumpkin seeds, tuna tartar tacos, and the prosciutto, blue cheese and fig flatbread! So good! The chocolate souffle with marshmallow whipped cream was awesome!!
Perfect blend of hip atmosphere, great food and staff. Its obvious they all enjoy what they are doing and it certainly results in customer satisfaction. I will certainly be back soon to experience it as it grows.
Super yummy! Full of Flavour, Flair and fun. Set at the chef's table was amazing to see him in action. I would love some of their homemade sangria now. A must go to.
Highly recommend! The food is excellent. Can’t wait to go back.
The music was really loud, I could barely hear the server. Overall, definitely a 5*.
We opted for a few drinks and small plates.
The smoked salmon is a MUST try! The combo is devine! Tuna tartar a close second. A smidge of spicy but tolerable and complements the other flavors. The meatballs and bread were delicious!
Since it was my birthday, we got a blue berry pie. The crust, crumble, and caramel were AMAZING!
A must try in Coco beach! Phenomenal food, great wine, and a vibrant modern atmosphere with low lighting. My fiancé, mom, and I started with their lobster cake and mac & cheese, both of which were incredible (we were too hungry I forgot to take pictures)! We happened to walk in on a Wednesday when they have their half off wine bottles. My mom and I enjoyed their Kumeu Village Chardonnay (2021) Kumeu/Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. All of our entrees were delicious! We went during a slower time during the day and had the pleasure of talking to the only chef working who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The carrot cake fritters and blueberry bread pudding (?) one of their specials were not to our liking but their other desserts look delicious. The appetizers and entrees were a beautiful pairing of flavors and I picked the Chardonnay to complement the mild cheesy, pasta, and seafood dishes. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu and drinks!
This place is awesome, everything about it rocks. The chef/owner is hands on, it's his passion and he crushes it. The vibe is cool, service great, food exceptional. Highly recommend
Have you ever heard of a food-gasim?!? I look forward to this place taking my money!! It is WELL worth it! The chef might not be everyone’s cup of tea… but who needs to be when you’re that good- plus he’s more like a shot of whiskey! This place is definitely my guilty pleasure!
Service was absolutely top notch! Scallops, fritters and meatballs were AMAZING!!!!! Lamb was very very good but would’ve preferred less sauce and braised short rib had good flavor but not as fall apart tender as I’ve had elsewhere. Deserts were just ok.
This place is so cool! Really nice atmosphere and decor. My partner and I came here for brunch without a reservation and we were lucky enough to get a seat! Food was great with options that you likely have not seen before in other places. Vanilla iced coffee was great as well. We had bottomless mimosas and a nice little chat with the chef! Great place and hope to visit again soon.
Came here for a private wedding reception, the chef, staff, bar tender and servers were outstanding! Lamb lollipops lobster Mac and cheese, sliders, crab hush puppies, mushroom flatbread, charcuterie board, maple chili bacon, NY strip on bread with horseradish and yogurt topping, just a few tapas samples we enjoyed.

From the moment we stepped into Flavour, we were greeted by an atmosphere that was both inviting and vibrant. The owner, a bundle of energy and warmth, personally welcomed us, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
The menu, a delightful journey of innovative dishes, didn't just tantalize our taste buds but also narrated a story of culinary expertise. Each dish we tried was a masterpiece, blending traditional and modern flavors seamlessly. The chef's special, a fusion of local ingredients and exotic spices, was particularly noteworthy.
What truly set
Flavour apart was the owner's infectious enthusiasm. His passion for food and hospitality was evident in every interaction. He checked on us multiple times, not just to ensure our satisfaction but also to share interesting anecdotes about the dishes and the restaurant's journey.
The ambiance of the restaurant complemented the exceptional food. The décor was tasteful and elegant, yet had a touch of playfulness that echoed the owner's personality. The background music, carefully selected, added to the overall delightful experience.
Service was impeccable. The staff, following the owner's lead, were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They made great recommendations and were quick to accommodate our requests.
Flavour is more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary adventure led by a charismatic and passionate owner. It's a place where food meets art and where each guest is treated like family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. We'll definitely be returning soon!
Wow! Came to CB as we do occasionally to witness launches. We were lucky enough to find this eatery that was insanely good. Small plates and full dinners, full bar and great wine list. It was very hard to choose from all the options on their menu. The chef and staff were super friendly as well. We are going back again before we go home. Don’t miss this one!
Place was excellent. Food was definitely made with care, flavors popped in everything we had. We had the lamb chops, seafood stew, charcuterie board, seafood paella, sirloin and potatoes, nachos, french onion soup, and the carrot cake fritters. Everything was excellent and made perfectly. Server was great, even the manager was great. Good atmosphere.
Absolutely amazing! The chef specials are always delicious. A must try, you won't be disappointed with this upbeat, high-energy restaurant.
One of the best meals of my life and, at age 52, I do not say that lightly. Pure enjoyment from beginning til end. Our server, MaryAnn, was amazing and had recommendations for both wine and food that were spot on. We started with the artichoke hearts salad and onion soup - both were delicious. The combination of grilled artichoke hearts, cheese, greens and the dressing was great. The onion soup is like a French onion soup with a roasted bone marrow on top. The broth of the onion soup was both rich and not too thick at once. For a main course we had the chicken (MaryAnn recommended it and she was right on), which was both crispy on the outside and juicy and tender inside. It is served on a perfect portion of mashed potatoes with a demi glaze that really complimented the chicken. The short rib entree was also excellent. With our entrees we had an order of the hush puppies. The name does not do them justice. I am from the south and pride myself on knowing a good hush puppy - these are in a league of their own. You have to try them and you can thank me later. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse and carrot cake fritters. The mousse was easily the best I've ever had. The carrot cake fritters were superb as I expected from a chef who can make the hush puppies mentioned above. As for wines, I tried quite a few. All were great. The wines have obviously been carefully curated with the same attention and thought as the menu. MaryAnn was my guide and had great suggestions. Two that really stood out to me were the Shiraz and the white ganache. Amazing! After we ate, I just had to thank the owner/chef Jason. He is super nice and I am so grateful that he is doing what he loves. His passion and attention for detail come through in every bite. Thank you so so much Jason and MaryAnn for an unforgettable meal! We'll be back. Oh, be sure to make a reservation. Flavour Kitchen and Wine Bar fills up and now you know why.
Bravo! This is a gem of a restaurant. The food is flavor-packed, fresh, and prepared with love by the chef, who also owns the restaurant.
If you want a gastronomic experience in the Cocoa Beach area, please check this out.

Jason kills it in kitchen ! And a cool east coast vibe
Will be back soon !!
Everything was amazing! Food was so good…dessert was even better. Music was a little loud though
We found this place while on a two day trip to cocoa beach. So glad we did as this was one of the best, if not THE best meal we’ve had as a group. Everyone loved what they had from appetizers to desserts. Yeah, it’s not cheap but it’s a chef ran and curated experience- don’t miss it.
We love everything about this restaurant. The food is outstanding, the service excellent and the ambience trendy. The chef regularly comes out to see how your meal is, which makes the experience even more special. Highly recommend for a special experience.
