Good beer selection and taste. The Pilsner was on point and the Tatcos are a great idea and they taste amazing. A great place to have in town. My only suggestion is the back patio could use a little TLC…

I can say I am kind of a picky food eater, my boyfriend not so much, lol. For the first time in our frequent dining out history, Paragon Brewing blew my boyfriend and I away with how absolutely phenomenal every single dish we ordered was! Everything is homemade in house. The presentation of the food was stunning, the food is unique and perfectly balanced with flavor, the beer was superb, and I love how they think outside the box with their brewing and food recipes without going overboard! We had the Scottish Egg, cauliflower bites, beer cheese mac & cheese, and the pot pie! The patio seating is relaxing in the sunshine, and our server was extremely great as well as attentive and quick. We would highly, highly recommend this local gem Paragon to be a must GO!

Scottish egg was soooo good, loved the fish and chips and my husband loved his Scottish beer! Service was great. I think we came during shift change so it took a minute to get to us, but once she did she was excellent!!! I can't wait to go back and eat again!!

Small cozy restaurant with bar seating and patio seating. Food was ok not bad or amazing. I wouldn't recommend upgrading to the Nashville chicken. It wasn't anywhere close to spicy or Nashville style. Beers were good but $6/pint seemed steep to me.

Every visit to Paragon is always a good one. The service is great and so is the food. It takes a little strategy (or luck) sometimes in the colder months if you want a table without waiting because it’s a tad cramped, but otherwise, Paragon is a favorite spot of ours. Looking forward to their outdoor seating this summer!

Good beer and food, get the brussel sprouts both ways! My brother loved this place, I go there for dinner whenever I'm in the area. It's a little small inside, but it's cozy and friendly.
