Review Arby's - Coffeyville

Shocked and Disappointed. I had to ask for everything other than the cup lids and straws such as Arby's sauce, ketchup, napkins, and everything else for my dine in meal of roast beef and cheddar with fries. The dinning lobby had been remodeled and looked nice and clean EXCEPT for the glass globes of the lights over the tables which were filthy and waiting to drop dirt and dust onto the tables. I WON'T BE GOING BACK VERY SOON!!!!

Messed up the order, we had to turn around and go back, then when we got there they dumped our small container into the large container then took her bare hands and put the new fresh ones into the large container and gave them to another customer!!! What? How many food service rules does that violate?

Most recent time I ate i ordered a Ruben and they burned my toast over half of one side was pretty bad. They got my order to me in a timely fashion

Very Fresh curly fries - everyone in the family loved them! Classic Beef with cheese was so good!

Stopped by for a snack and cold drink. Ice machine is down and I guess management is too lazy to run to a convenient store to buy ice.

I love the fish sandwich but for some reason they put ranch dressing on it instead of tarter sauce like they usually do and it wasn't very good

Drive thru took a long time. Food was hot though!

Food was good hot and fast service with a smile
