Review Sonic Drive-in - Coffeyville

I created a new drink, a strawberry limeade blended float. It was amazing and was made very quickly. I'm not sure if I like their new paper straws, they collapse to easy when trying to drink a shake through them.

With today's economy it's very difficult to be able to go out to eat. We went to sonic tonight for 1/2 price burgers, jalapeno poppers, nachos, and 2 Rt. 44 drinks. Arrived home and no straws and the sandwiches were definitely not made with love. I order cherry and strawberry limeades, and frequently do. Rarely do they have a lime in them as the app states they do. Now if you go to add an extra lime they sure want to charge you $0.70 for one. If you ask the car hop when they give you the drink if there is a lime in it their response is "I don't know". If you call and complain to the store it seems to go to deaf ears. Please give your customers what they are paying for in value and quality.

Sonic has real good hamburgers the tater tots weren't great the bee n sitting for minute, and I forgot to order fresh totes, they make sure they cook the tot then they will be hot and fresh

They were relatively busy. I ordered the usual drink I get. A strawberry limeade add cherries(extra) and cherry flavor. It came out sour. I immediately asked them about it. I figured strawberries are bad. It was sour and not in a great (lemon/lime) way. She remade it said it must of been the lime juice. Except my husband also had a cherry limeade. They both were foamy. Which I've never dealt with before.

Tried the patty melt and was disappointed. I've eaten there for decades and this is the first time I can say the taste and texture of the meat reminded me of a soy burger. Also how can you call it texas toast when it's the same thickness as regular slice of bread. Borders on false advertising.

Hamburger and fries fresh and hot, very good. Fast and friendly service.

Ordered a bacon on bacon on wanted lettuce tomato and mayo on it told then guy several times came with onions and pickle. DID HE EVEN LISTEN TO BEGIN WITH.

They are just trying to make a living the car hops are always very pleasant

I ordered a Rt 44 unsweetened ice tea w/lemon and 8 splenda she forgot the splenda and the ice tea had one small piece of lemon of course I didn't discover the lack of lemon till I was gone.

I love sonic, other sonic's at least. I have never had a good experience here. Ever. Orders are usually served incorrect and when you try to get them corrected it sometimes takes the crew more than one attempt. Sad. And the quality of the food really goes downhill on the night shift. Badly. And calling back and complaining to the manager on duty never fixes any issue. I have been to dozens of of Sonic's in the region and they are always great with excellent food and staff. So that would lead me to think the owner/manager simply doesn't care about his store. If you don't care or like the place sale it off to someone who will. I only eat here for the chili cheese coneys. The next closest Sonic is 17 miles away, it may be worth the trip to get edible food on the first attempt.

I had a large order but once we got home we realized we were missing an order of French fries. They also put mayonnaise on burger when we asked for mustard. When husband called we told that we could come back up and they would fix the burger but we could not have the fries because she said she remembered putting them in the bag. So she pretty much called us a liar. Why would we try to cheat them out of an order of fries we had just spent over 45.00. We will not be back. Very bad way to treat your customers.

Went tonight and got 4 cheeseburgers. Had to repeat the order multiple times. The receipt was correct but every single burger was wrong. I called and the girl was real rude and says the manager said we could come back up there but that was up to us. Who really wants to come back after getting home. Horrible service.

When i use cash, alot of carhops want to keep my change and give me the bills back.

They hardly ever get the drinks right. They hardly put flavorings in there. Why can other sonics get there stuff together but not cvilles.

Ordered a medium chili cheese fry and 1/2 price cheese burger. The medium chili cheese fry is in their MINI boats and they got both burgers wrong!!! The chili cheese fry is 3.82 or something with tax!! For a mini sized! !!!!! Never again sonic never again!!!!

Burgers cold and like rubber. Used to be good nit no longer. Tried to feed the dog some of the burger and he wouldn't touch it Sad very sad.

Coffeyville Sonic really goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Thanks to Rob for the great customer service. Best sonic in the area by far!

Service is horrible. Took 15 minutes to get a drink the other day and they were dead. Orders are never right. I have emailed corporate before and even got a call from the owner. That was months ago, service has only gotten worse.

Went for dollar dogs, crappiest hot dog ever, asked for no Catsup which I got, but cook was so lazy didn't put any mustard, threw a packet in, found it after the fact, drowned the dog in relish & onion couldn't taste the hot dog at all, coke was flat, asked for easy ice, wtf half inch below the top won't be back

Oh sonic how you suck... I order 4 piece cheese stick and I don't get it... when I call you guys are gonna send me a coupon in the mail for what something I already paid for... were in the hell is the good customer service... you suck
