Reviews of Casey's

The pizza is a bit over priced if you ask me. They're similar to little Cesar's pizza quality wise which is around $6. Pizza hut is usually around 7.99-10 depending on the pizza. Caseys is at 11.99 for a single topping large..... but i have to say if it's been a busy day and you don't want to cook is convenient and good. The wings are decent priced compared to other places but they are really soft no texture, so just ask to make them extra crispy then they're perfect. I most of all enjoy the rewards points because you can actually get money off your purchase or money off gas. (If they work) Sometimes it acts up. Make sure you click to redeem your points with plenty of time before going. If not you'll go there to have money off your large order and end up out of luck because they can't fix it. There have been two instances where your employee named Angel was completely rude and out of line. The last time we ordered food to be delivered I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and in that description it says bacon is included on the wrap. We ordered dinner tonight and I called to remind them to put bacon on it and she argued with me that bacon doesn’t come on it and she is going to have to charge me extra. I encouraged her to look at the app to confirm that bacon is listed in the description, her response was “ yeah I ain’t got time for all that we got pizzas to make“ and she hung up on me. This is what happened tonight, there has been one other occasion where I was in your store and she argued with me over a conversation I was having with an old friend (who also works there) and disrespected me in front of a store full of people. She is a bad egg with a bad attitude. I will not spend another penny at that Caseys as long as she works there. I know a few others who feel the same way. One star because I had to give something to place this review.
