Had no idea what to expect but really enjoyed the meal here. It is similar to Freebirds in the setup with counter service and you can pick what you want in your bowl or piada. I had a Deviolo pasta bowl with a meatball and it was excellent. We also split a garlic dough which was excellent is well. Price is as expected for an upscale counter service type place. I plan to come again I was very impressed with the quality of the food and outstanding service.
Been twice Loved it both times. Especially the harvest grain.
Enjoyed my dinner here tonight! The food was fresh, yummy, and looked amazing also the staff was super friendly, we had two managers come check on us to see how it was going.

I got the Chicken BLT wrap and it was so good and everything on it was fresh....My daughter got the kids Chicken Tenders and they were very good not frozen thick breaded tenders....everything is cooked fresh as you order we will be back
Ate here for the first time today and ordered the basil pesto pasta with grilled chicken. Absolutely delicious! And the employees here are a delight! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely incredible! I drove all the way in from Austin just to be there for the opening and so glad I did! Brought some food back with me for my husband and he loved it as well! Can't wait to go back and eat there again! Really need to put a Piada in Round Rock, the people here would love it!
We got a lot considering the price, and the wrap was definitely full of flavor. The only complaint is that the pomodoro sauce is kind of stale, and tastes raw. It’s not the best pasta that I have tried, but everything else was perfectly fine.
We’ve had two great experiences with Piada in the last few weeks, one was an advance catering order, one was a last minute catering order (but y’all, don’t be like me, order in advance. I stopped on a whim and they worked MAGIC). Both times, we were met with fantastic customer service and quality. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was delicious - fresh, flavorful, and filling. From carnivores to vegans and everything in between, the satisfaction was strong! Summer, the catering coordinator, is great to work with - flexible, so helpful with recommendations and dietary accommodations, and the tax exempt process has been flawless! Piada had become one of our go-tos for meetings and events!!
Staff are nice and able to make changes to everything. The prices are good and you get a discount with any student ID. The bathrooms were really clean.
I got the farmers market salad with extra strawberries. It was delicious but I wouldn’t get it with the candied nuts as they’re “break your teeth” levels of hard.

My department used Piada for a recent event. The service was great and the food was exactly as we expected. The menu options were also very flexible and was perfect for our needs. Delivery even arrived slightly early and did all the set up for us. Overall, we were incredibly satisfied and will be reaching out to them for catering again in the future.
I was very pleasantly surprised as to how good it was! I wasn’t sure if it would be flavorful enough, or if the portion size would be filling. Man was I wrong!! Very flavorful!! Very filling! I did fill like the menu was confusing and didn’t explain the build your own option very well. But that does not make it any less good. Highly recommend if you want some good pasta!
Delicious and fresh! The student discount on Wednesdays is a really good value. The line moved surprisingly fast too!
Our church's staff had a complimentary tasting at Piada yesterday. Summer was a fantastic hostess and provided an extremely generous sampling of their varied menu and explained their catering options. We had a delicious lunch and brought home the scrumptious leftovers! My favorites were their Carbonara pasta, pepperoni and parmesan Piada sticks and their hand-rolled piadas. Group packs for 20 and boxed lunches include generous servings and a good price. I can't wait to order from Piada for a future event!
