Wow! I am in awe. I think this was the best Starbucks experience I have had. I was previously a District Manager for a telecom company and can tell this team is very well trained on the customer experience. Everyone greeted us as we walked in (awesome delight because this is not a normal behavior),

This Starbucks is the best one I have been to. The staff is very friendly and have awesome customer service. When I place a mobile order, they already know who I am!
My drink was lovely. No partner interaction. The restrooms and every table were filthy and the store was not busy.
