Gloria's is our favorite restaurant for authentic Latin American cuisine. I have never had a poorly prepared dish of anything they offer, and we have sampled practically every dish on the menu over the years. The service and the staff are pleasant and attentive. Besides the one waiting on your table, they also have others in managerial positions posted throughout the restaurant, ready to address any sudden need you might have. They read their patrons' body language like no place I've ever been. Need another napkin or another beverage? Then you need only to look up and someone will be by your side in an instant and fulfill your need in a flash.
The food is consistently excellent, without the oft-encountered grease of other Tex-Mex restaurants. Their fajitas are wonderful, perfectly prepared. Their Salmon Costeno is my husband's favorite. The Tropical Salad, once offered as a summer special, is now on their regular menu, and my choice for a great full - course meal topped with either salmon or chicken. Their chicken soup is a hearty winter favorite, with so much chicken that I swear an entire chicken must be in one bowl! But the crowning glory might just be their Tres Leches cake, and although you might be stuffed, you'll make room. My favorite beverage is their mojito, the best around. But there are just too many good experiences to list, including their pristine restrooms and their staff full of regulars who remember you and what you like best, prepared rexactly the way you want it. We love Gloria's, and if you go often, it will become a favorite of yours, too.
Gloria's is a must visit at some point in life. My favorite is the Enchiladas A la Gloria, followed by sipping a glass of Don Julio. Perfect pairing for me.
Always fresh food and friendly atmosphere 👍 Never disappointed with the service, drinks and music. The outside patio turned out really nice. Y'all come see!!
We eat the same thing every time we go even have a booth reserved. The food was good but being with my boys is the best!
Food was delicious and my server was nice and sweet I wish I remembered her name but"Gloria" would fit her perfectly oh I had half chicken half steak nachos with a swirl margarita.

Excellent food and service. I didn’t especially like the beans but there was nothing wrong with them. Best chicken chimichanga I’ve had
Have eaten at Glorias' restaurants for 20 years at various locations and they have great food! Their margaritas are the best I've ever had!

As always, the food and service was excellent!!!! Every time I visit my son in Dallas, I must go to Gloria's!!!
Wonderful atmosphere. Excellent food. Fast and friendly service.
Steak and chicken fajitas were delicious and the service superb. The salsa was outstanding!
Always great food! Please open a Gloria's in NE Fort Worth in the Alliance corridor!
Excellant fajitas i love steak. Husband loves the chicken. Always make fresh coffee
This is my new favorite Latin food restaurant ever! And that's saying something! The food was amazing, and the service was superb!
We had a Romantic Valentine Dinner!
Food was delicious
Good food, service, and the skinny margarita is wonderful!
Loved it. Wish they had delicious food like this back home. Will be returning. :)
I had the most delicious ceviche tostadas EVER!! We will definitely return!
Best Chicken Flautas I have had in a long time. Martin was the best waiter better yet the best Person to help make sure lunch was perfect!!!!
We were recommended Gloria’s by our hotel as we wanted Mexican food. It’s a chain but the food was good. The dips and tortilla chips were delicious we asked for more! We had fajitas and enchiladas which were very tasty.
Continuing the tradition began so many years ago in Oak Cliff, this outlet lives up to every accolade that I have ever written in a review of a Gloria's restaurant.
From the moment that you enter, you know you are in for an interesting meal in a wonderful restaurant.
Service and food are impeccable.
I love it when I find familiar digs as I roam the metromess chasing my work. That always makes it fun to get out.
Stop in and enjoy!
Gloria's is in reality a Salvadoran restaurant, but serves up Tex-Mex as well, for those who would prefer something a bit more familiar. Veterans of the Maple Avenue/Little Mexico (Dallas) area of the 70s and 80s will recall when Mexican food was still somewhat "cutting edge" for most Americans. There was one restaurant in that area called El Gallo de Oro that pioneered the food of El Salvador. This is the environment Gloria's started with back in 1986 (in Oak Cliff). Today, you would think Gloria's was a corporate creation, rather than one with a humble beginning. I bring this up, because it explains the menu and its backdrop. So while you can get that "same old enchilada", I highly recommend trying something a bit more upscale. I've taken a shine to the Pollo Asado Salvatex, which hedges the bet a little bit I guess. The chicken is very tender, and wonderfully seasoned and charbroiled. The enchilada (chicken again) allows an opportunity to try their two sauces - the Ranchero and the Tomatillo. Can you tell we just got back from Santa Fe? I think I ordered it Christmas to a confused look... In any case, the Ranchero is a more thick saucy red than the usual thin-and-chunky and is delicious. And the Tomatillo has a tangy rather than tart flavor and is better than most I've had. The rice is very good as are their refried black beans. The Offical Mom followed my lead and had the same thing and she lapped up every bite. Mrs. RJG had the salmon which was divine. She claimed it was the best salmon she's ever had. A nice big thick slab of grilled salmon (Salmon Costeno) and it comes with veggies and Gallo Beans - which is a mix of black beans and rice. Going backwards (here I go again) the chips are homemade and flavorful. Each comes with two dipping sauces. One is a traditional tomato and cilantro based red sauce, that has more kick than usual. And they also bring out a black bean dip, which is very similar to the beans that came with our meal. Overall, an excellent dinner for all of us!
Great Nachos and Margaritas. Appetizers? Absolutely! Their nachos are the best and they go so well with their also excellent Margaritas! Service here is typically above par, too.
Eaten here many times. Excellent food. Service is impeccable from everyone.
LOVE this place! Food is awesome. Never disappoints! And, Juan the bartender is the BEST!!!
Always FABULOUS!. My entire family loves this place. My 11 year old son can't get enough of the delicious bean dip they give you for free with chips and salsa. I crave the dinner salad with chimichurri dressing. They have absolutely the BEST margueritas I have ever had. The sauteed veggies that come with the kids strip steak are unbelievably delicious. Whoever owns this restaurant really cares about quality. In my opinion, it is by far the best restaurant in Colleyville.
Delicious, fresh food. I decided to try this unique mix of Mexican and Salvadorian cuisine for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of Gloria's dishes. Although the prices are on the higher end (in my personal opinion) I think it was VERY much worth the money. Everything, down to the chips and dip was delicious and flavorful. Can't wait to go back! I suggest trying their Sangria!
Awesome. I love glorias. Their quesadillas are great! So are their tacos! and for a truly salvadorian experience get the Salvadorian Platter. (That's not what it's called, but it's in the bottom right hand corner of the menu and it has everything on it)
Amazing!!. I cannot get enough of this place! Chips come with salsa and a ridiculous black bean dip that is addictive! Every dish I've had there has been awesome! The Camarones al mojo de ajo are huge shrimp, seasoned perfectly with garlic, served on a bed of hot vegetables and rice. Sooooo good!!
Amazing food/drinks/service. The food is super here. everything is fresh made and it's always consistent. service is prompt. prices are reasonable for the food quality. i love their fresh made mojitos (no gross mix) and sangria.
some of our faves: ceviche tostadas (Y.U.M.) papusa, plantains & sour cream are so good here..not greasy like you can sometimes get and perfectly soft but a little 'chewy"on the ends. mmmm. hubs gets the ginormous burrito smothered with queso. their salsa is A++++ chilled/fresh/heavy on the cilantro.
they have this amazing seafood soup which is chock full of fish and shrimp and crab and scallops (???) with loads of fresh veggies and the biggest bowl you can imagine. it's a little pricy and they only make it from thursday to sunday, but it's out of this world!
kids love Gloria's too - the complementary black bean dip that comes alongside the chips and queso keeps them happy as clams until the food arrives which they get a kids enchilada and or quesadilla.
If you havent been to Glorias you are missing out. One of the best restaurants in the Mid-Cities-ish area.
GLORIA, GLORIA. Worth singing about the service...the food...the chips...bean dip...start with nachos and end with chocolate flan...it is Super...salvadorian with Mexican and hint of Tex Mex...very very good
Good, but pricey. Great atmosphere, good food. Very pricey.
Nice selection.. I am constantly coming for their ceviche tostadas. I love their variety here. I'm not a fan of pork (very picky) but I would start a fan club for their pork quesadillas! Churrasco Tipico is my second favorite dish, sirloin steak, a side of sausage, a fried plantain, and that important chunk of goat cheese. I have been eyeballing the fish tacos and quail, but it's so hard to choose over that steak! I am always at the bar, their extensive selection of tequilas and can't-be-beat all day happy hours (margaritas are so so so so so divine) win me over many Sundays.
CONSISTENTLY GOOD. If you are looking for plain old Tex-Mex, go somewhere else. The stuff worth trying is the El Salvadorian entries...this is what they excel at. Also, if you are into Salsa dancing, go late night. It is a different place then.
Great salvadorian cuisine fried plantains and everything.
I took my mom here today, i ordered the BIG burrito, she, the fish tacos. service was good and attentive. the seating arrangements were odd though. the lady placed us right next to the kitchen when there was plenty more spots. speak up when you aren't comfortable with the seating as with anywhere. outdoor eating area. i'm pleased. :)
The ceviche was delicious as was the Pescado a la Gloria! The margaritas are wonderful as always. Highly recommend the mango rita.
The ribeye was slightly over cooked. It was well done instead of medium yet still tasty. The ratio of potatoes to green bean could been better. They were served a heap of green beans with 3 fried potato sticks. The beans were also kinda too crunchy and oily to taste.
The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is so knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
We dined for a birthday celebration and we were treated with a complimentary Flan that was so delicious.

Just dined here 3 days ago with my husband for the first time. The food are great and the service are very good. Highly recommend it.
Great food every single time, service is mostly pretty good even on busy Friday nights
The salmon salad with chimichurri is excellent, the mixed seafood is moms favorite and The Gloria’s special is exactly that. The ceviche trio was very good and tasted very fresh
I really like this place, didn't realize they were a chain restaurant. Never had a bad dish here and very good and friendly service. Our server Aline has a beautiful smile too!
Best Italian place in my opinion!!! The owners are a very sweet family and they serve excellent food! Every time I go it’s always incredible. Worth it every time!
