First time at a Firebirds anywhere and I was pleasantly surprised. Right off from their version of deviled eggs (definitely check out that picture). And if your really hungry give this place some serious consideration as the portions are large enough to be shareable. Chicken pasta had just the right amount of zing for me and the club sandwich filled my hungry stomach plus their sauce was just enough Spivey to make it above average for sure. Create service by Elvis. A waiter worth asking for.

My first time trying out this place. Exceeded expectations. Set reservations for brunch with no wait. The food was delicious. Best shrimp and grits I've had in awhile. Waiter provided excellent service. I'd definitely return for dinner next time, and recommend everyone to try it out.

Never heard of these guys and I'm sorry that I haven't. The experience was great. Service was top notch and food was extremely good. King of the night was the philly egg rolls. I can't say enough about how good they were. Steaks were cooked beautifully to medium/medium rare and well seasoned. We tried both the garlic butter and the Cajun butter options. The mashed potatoes were great too. Carrot cake was ok but the caramel sauce was excellent. The chocolate cake was to die for and being paired with the ice cream was 🤌🏾 Highly recommended

We love going to this place to eat. It may sound funny but they have the single best baked potato ever - covered in salt and cooked to perfection.
Cornelius did an amazing job serving us at the bar tonight. Firebirds has the BEST salmon - large and cooked perfectly (Cornelius said it was because they hand cut all of their steaks and fish).

My meal was ok. I had the chicken pasta he had the bass. The server forgot our appetizer, the utensils, they were out of my choice of wine. We waited a long time for our meal our desert and our ticket. Going to dinner is more than food, its also about service.

Restaurant is located in the Mall district. Very clean inside airy, nice light fixtures. Cool bar and dinning area cozy and intimate. Had a pick up order. Food was ready when I arrived. Hostess was very pleasant and smiled. She brought my food and asked was there any else and thanked me for coming, excellent customer service. I ordered the Crispy Flounder Sandwich with Spanich salad and carrot cake. Food was hot and salad fresh. The hostess called they were out of the Spanich so I ordered the Spring Mix Salad with a vinaigrette dressing.

Went here for with customers after work. A table of 10. The wait staff was nice and accommodating, but got some of our orders wrong. Brought out wrong drinks, identified food incorrectly, cooked steaks to wrong temperature, etc....my striped bass was good, and the aged ribeye was ok. Overall experience was ok.

We stopped there for lunch on a cross country trip. We chose it from a website that recommends places that are pet friendly. We have a small Morkie with us. We were seated outside on the patio, of course, and the server was excellent. Brought water for the pup, took our orders. Food was prompt. Server checked on us regularly. Burger was very good and the panko onion rings are excellent.

My hubby and I were there for our anniversary lunch yesterday. We were seated right away but it took about 10 minutes for our server to come to our table. When she did come she did not want to take our whole order. It took a longer than usual time to get our food. I know the server does not control the kitchen however when tables that were seated after us receive their food before us there is a problem. Pitiful service! It will take a lot to get us back there.

Excellent evening - Eddie came out to update us on our steaks and brought us a bowl of there Tuesday soup - a marvelous potato that got better with each bite! Our steaks when they arrived were cooked to perfection and with the light seasoning and hint of wood smoke was very enjoyable - glad we tried it and would definitely go again!!! Especially on a Tuesday for the soup!!!!!

Firebird's is one of our favorite places to eat. However, we came yesterday, December 26th for lunch at 1:00. We were seated promptly but when we ordered our tea and soft drink I specifically asked for sweetener. She brought our beverages but NO sweetener. It took a long time before she passed by our table. When she did I told her that I needed sweetener to drink my tea and we would like bread too. It took over 5 minutes before she ever came back. When our orders came to the table they did not have my husband's side of cole slaw. Nearly 15 minutes later someone other than our server brought it out. It seemed as if she was distracted and not giving attention to her tables. Perhaps she needs to be reminded that her job is to meet the needs of those she serves.

I went to the happy hour at the firebar. The Double Black Diamond n chicken tenders were delicious as always. The waitress at he bar were very friendly. My cousin n I had a great time. We will be back.
