Review Carrabba's Italian Grill - Collierville

This is a very good restaurant and the complimentary hot bread and dipping oil is wonderful. I ordered the Blackberry Sangria and while it was tasty it wasn't as good as it was a few years ago. It wasn't very strong. We enjoyed large portions of entrees and our server was friendly, kind and efficient. We really enjoyed our tasty meal, except for the really loud young child that sat beside us and yelled alot. Blame the parent for that. It was so rude.

Best experience at Carrabba's I've had. Our server was awesome, attentive, and was friendly. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was inviting. I like that they are a supporter of the American Cancer Society. We will be going back to this location.

Tuesday is Carrabba's night at my house every week. I've had so many things on the menu, today I got the marinated grilled chicken and salad. Carrabba's food stays so consistent from steaks, pastas, to seafood and the service is the same way. If you haven't had their bread with herbs you missing out. Save room for dessert, the chocolate dream is one of the best.

Visited with my family last night. Food was impeccable! Still steaming when brought to the table! Great service from the time we entered the building until we left. Christian was an outstanding waiter. Maybe the best I've ever had! Will return!

Me and my husband had great service at the bar. The food and drinks were good. Eggplant parmesan was pretty good but would have liked more eggplant than sauce and cheese.

We had a great experience. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was great. My friend was in town for work and had never been to this restaurant before. I was very glad she had a great time.

Salty veggies and the Chicken Piccata had too much lemon in it. I couldn’t eat it. I told the waiter about the issue. His suggestion was to have them add fettuccine sauce on it. Me being lactose intolerant could not do that. I let him know why I couldn’t do that. The price of the meal was not reduced or removed. So, when I got home I made myself something to eat. I am disappointed with how this was handled, to say the least.

Totally enjoyed my meal today! My husband and I had a salad, bread, blackberry sangria (2 each), and split an entree - linguini with scallops and shrimp in a vodka sauce. I like cheesy pasta, so I had the server bring some freshly grated parmesan and some ricotta cheese...then I added a bit more salt and pepper to my taste and BOOM, the pasta was DELICIOUS! The shrimp and scallops were tender (not overcooked), a nice saucy pasta with chunks of tomato and basil, accompanied by blackberry sangria which was sweet, chilled, and incredibly good. Everything was awesome, including our friendly and attentive server. The atmosphere was great as well...the temperature in the restaurant wasn't too hot or cold, not too loud, tables separated enough that you aren't on top of one another, etc. The only thing I didn't like was the price - it was $95 pre tip, which is quite a bit for 2 people who shared an entree. What hiked up the price was the sangria, $12 per glass. Oh, one more complaint - I was too full to get the butter cake lol. Guess I'll have to go back again soon for that. We hadn't been out much since the pandemic has been going on, so I was really glad to have a great meal out!

45 minute wait, raw chicken, no refills, no bread and waitress was not good at all. Last time to spend my Saturday Evening at this restaurant. No Customer Service what so ever.

Food was ok. Service was below par! Drinks took forever to come and was never asked if we would like another. Apps came followed by the salad. Poor timing. Then before we finished the salad the entrees came. Then before we were done the waiter dropped the check. Little too eager to get rid of a customer.

The sirloin was was awful ! Shoe leather would have been better ! We also had the cheese sticks let me just say Sonics cheese sticks are 10x better.The service was good and drinks where good that’s about the only good thing I can say. Will not be going back this place is way over priced.

We enjoyed our night our waitress was on point she told us to enjoy ourselves and she would take care of the rest and she did. Thank you (Janice w.) & (Rob w.) knew how to deal with a situation discretely. Thank you

I’m Italian, my family will tell you, I’m hard to please. I have never received a dish, at Carrabba, that wasn’t better than the last time I ate at Carrabba

Wait staff was quick and attentive. Food was good as usual. Kind of disappointed in some favorites that they took off the menu.

Great food. Our waiter Bill was awesome but they need more people to help the bar. Took 30 min to get our drinks. That’s was not great when you are celebrating a birthday.

My daughters brought me here for Mother's Day lunch .. It was awesome and the waiter was great! Thank you for an awesome lunch!
