Bad quality control on food.
Avo-cobb salad is one of my favorite salads at Red Robin.
I found the center chunks of iceberg lettuce in my salad, it was annoying to fish them out. (last picture)
I'm not sure how the lettuce is washed properly when it doesn't seem like it

The chain is exactly like the others but unfortunately our service was poor and food low in quality.
They forgot about my husband's drink. When we finally got it, it was not done the way he asked it.
They forgot to refill our drinks.

Ordered online. Picked order up. Not exactly what I expected, only item I ordered and I’d say it’s a lot more done than expected. Not quite soft, like a pretzel is suppose to be. Rather hard and crunchy. But thanks for the effort. Don’t think I’ll return. I would like my money back!
Not impressed. Only one server for an entire restaurant. While I don’t like leaving poor reviews, you might appreciate a saved trip. 12:45 minutes n a Thursday. Fortunately there are other nearby places where the wait staff likes making money.
