Their web site said the dining room is now open. Had my tastebuds set on Zaxby’s, drive to Collierville location only to find out the dining room is still closed. Someone really needs to update their on-line presence!
Remove pickup parking spots if when calling you're going to ask to us to get in the drive thru line. Ridiculous wait and completely pointless to order pickup. Might as well order at the drive thru.
Horrible customer service. Took the wrong order at the drive through, then gave me the wrong order with bacon. I was almost home with my food when I realized that there’s bacon on my salad & it was a whole completely different salad. They fixed my salad but wouldn’t change a simple thing on my salad
Never have an issue! The food is FYE! & the collierville location is hands down thee BEST I EVER HAD 🥰🥰‼️
Still only doing takeout. Looks like curbside is not always available, but drive through is faster than it has been in the past.
The french fries were excellent the chicken strips are very slender they should be bigger but they have great flavor

Yet another drive-thru only restaurant with "okay" food and poor service. You understand why the service is poor upon pulling up to the drive-thru window...everyone is on their cell phones. I like Zaxby's and hope to see this location improve, as well as open the dining room.
