Review Which Wich - Collierville

First off, Good sandwiches. I'm conflicted with this rating. Read my review and you will understand. Let's start with what matters. The food is fresh, good and good quality. Worth stopping in. Local owners so let's support our community. First visit is going to be awkward. I don't really like the way you order. You go to a wall, find a piece of paper or sandwich bag and fill out your order. Dosen't sound bad but there are different ones depending on what you get. So it's a little overwhelming on your first visit. Food wise. The sandwiches are good. I got the Cheeseburger and fries. It's not really a cheeseburger, its a beef sandwich with cheeseburger toppings. It's good. Really good. The fries are What-a-Burger White Castle good. Get the fries. Service. 😒 This is where I'm conflicted. The food is good but the service. Friendly, but disorganized. The one guy running the register and window seemed to have it under control, but the other two were lost. The wait for our two sandwiches and fries took longer than it should. They got my wife's sandwich completely wrong even though they had it written down. But they happily fixed it so no fowl. Price. It's a tad high, but on par with Jimmy Jon's or Jersey Mike's so nothing to fret about. Restaurant. The eating area was clean, but some of the tables needed a wipe down. But seeing they were having issues in the kitchen I understood why they were behind. Overall. It's good. I'll be back. I'll try different things. I like the cups too.

I'll start with the good ... The fries were good. My wife's bhan mi sandwich was good. The service is nice. Otherwise, don't waste your money. The wicked 5 meat sandwich is incredibly thin on meat. It doesn't even cover all the bread. No toppings. Looks like nothing even close to the marketing picture. Not even recognizable. Meatball sandwich is extremely thin on sauce. Kids turkey sandwich only has the tiniest amount of meat. Also, one of the carrots in the picture is just beginning to rot. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never go here again.

Got a breakfast sandwich that I thought would be bigger but had it had salt/pepper it would've been an A+ Bought two dulce lattes and they were good but what would've made them better is a stronger espresso base and slightly more flavor. Great customer service & cool app.

This is my first time eating at a which wich and I really like the layout of this location, I had a build your own sandwich and a drink, at first I thought the sandwich was a tad bit expensive bit once I received the sandwich it was massive and tasted great. I am glad I came to visit them. I had to use a spoon to clean up some if the sandwich it was so big. The only cons I see is they have a couple of drinks out.

OMG!!! This was the best Sub sandwich I've eaten in a long time!!! The fries were great... The shake was real smooth and tasty... Very friendly Staff... I will definitely be back!!! Great Job!!!

I actually went to "Which Wich AND Paciugo (one business) to try their gelato desserts. Which Wich sells named speciality sandwiches with a unique ordering system. The place was clean and well-staffed and I look forward to trying the "Wich" side soon! NOW, the Gelato was incredible! Very creamy and sweet with defined and delicious flavors will make you forget those other ice cream parlors! I'll sure be back!!!

Great service and delicious sandwiches. The Gyro and Cheeseburger were fantastic.

This place makes a really good Which. We have eaten here twice once before the Covid-19 social distancing and once during. Before Social Distancing - The food was good, I mean really good. We were a little overwhelmed with the ordering process inside but once the nice lady working the counter explained it to use it was really cool. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful, and delivered our food quickly and accurately. After social Distancing - Sadly we were not able to dine in the second trip. I found ordering through the drive through a bit more difficult but I also understand that you cant really order the same way as you could inside. I also felt I have less options going through the drive through. Maybe I was missing something on the outside menu. I am going to go through the drive through one more time just to make sure I didn't miss anything before I will let this affect the review. There were a ton of cars in the drive through when we went. We ended up waiting about 20 - 30 minutes to get our food but there were about 10 - 12 cars in front of us so I found this to actually be somewhat fast. Again the staff was nice, friendly, and delivered our food accurately.
