Moe's Southwest Grill - Collierville - Photo album

Food is better than Taco Bell, however after I ordered a past employee came in and put gloves on and made her own meal. No problem with that, but she didn’t wear a mask. Kinda concerning with COVID.

After 1yr¹/², I desperately decided to give Moe's another chance. This time I tried the Collierville location verses the one on Germantown pwky(who uses the same gloves to prepare food & take out the trash. Any how the customer service at this location was ok(I was greeted and envited to come back).

First time here. Food was good. Upbeat classic music. Two young ladies hustled the whole time to serve customers Kayla and Gibby I think we’re their names. They did good. Their cheese quesadilla in my opinion could use more white cheese and melted more but overall it was good.

Amazing service ! Staff was super friendly & all had very bubbly personalities which left a great impression. The food is fresh and super tasty ! Definitely the place to go & will definitely go again !

Food was good, although an x employee was welcomed to come behind the counter and make food. The x employee was not wearing a mask. We were required to wear one so confused why someone was allowed to be around food and not wear one.

We had two separate burritos and both had chicken that tasted like it had been cooked in burnt cigarettes

Food was not good and overpriced. Greeted when entered but one of the staff members didn't seem too thrilled to be there. My husband immediately said he wouldn't return. Generally, he's kinder than I am.
