The food was 5 Stars, the waitress was very friendly and professional. The food was well presented and delivered quickly. The atmosphere seemed a bit neglected but it was clean. I’ll come Bach because the experience was very positive.
We had dinner here with friends. My friends enjoyed their meal. I ordered El rodeo, the beef was dry but the beans and rice were good. Price was reasonable and the service was good.
We had my husband’s mom’s 90th birthday at El Ranchito and the staff could not have been more attentive! They truly went out of their way to make it a special afternoon. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and El Ranchito earned a customer for life!!

We had the taco salad special. At first glance, it looked small but turned out to be just right for my husband and me. The chips were crispy, not too thick. Salsa was medium consistency and heat, very good. Although they were busy, service was prompt and friendly. Excellent experience.
I've actually ate here several times before and I have to say that it's always been good, the waitress checked on us in reasonable times to make sure we were always good and didn't need a refill or anything and the food was really good. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the food could have been hotter. Other than that, everything was perfect. Most definitely will eat here again and recommend it to any who wants some good Mexican food. Also one other thing that I like about this place is, they aren't trying to rush u to eat and get out, u can eat, enjoy your food, talk, do your thing and get it when your ready. It doesn't feel like they are ever pushing u out and even after u pay, the waitress still checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything or need a refill so the service and atmosphere is most definitely friendly and somewhere u can even bring your family if u would like....
Great service from very friendly staff. Large draft beer selection. Your standard Mexican menu, nothing exceptional in that regard, but everyone in my party enjoyed their plate. They did have better salsa than other sit-down Mexican joints i frequent. I would definitely recommend if you're passing through and want a good Mexican meal. I suggest the Fajita Texano.
It was kind of disappointing. The chalupas were soggy and I didn't care for the mix of toppings. We were seated near the kitchen and they were running a vacuum or blender most of the time we were there. This had been a favorite restaurant until today.

They were busy and somewhat understaffed but our server Amanda was fantastic. She had with deal with Karen so we tried to make her feel better. Food was awesome as usual.
My wife and I have eaten here alot, the food is Awesome and delicious. The prices are great. The service is outstanding, I reccomend this place it is GREAT We ate there tonight and the service was excellent and the food was out of this world delicious, place was very clean, again I highly recommend this restaurant

Serving sizes are big the food is Saucy and authentic, wonderful taste. Huge variety on the menu go there often and try a bunch of different things. I'm in town visiting family and we go there every time I'm near by. It's a great restaurant!!
Highly recommended. We've been visiting Philpott Lake for over 15 years, and always make a point to visit El Ranchito at least once during each trip. The food is consistently excellent and the service is always fast, friendly, and professional. And most importantly for me are the perfect margaritas; not too sour and not too sweet. Can't wait to eat here again.
