June 6th my husband and I were on our way home to Ridgeway from Roanoke and we realized we wouldn't make it home in time for the Belmont stakes horse race and we knew there was a possibility of a triple crown winner for the first time in 37 years, we stopped in at McDonald's in Bassett Forks to eat and catch the race ,only to be told they could not change the channel, not even for 15 minutes, we walked out and made a mad dash for Wendy's in collinsville, I called on the way , I asked if we could watch NBC for about 10 minutes, the young lady said no problem! We arrived with 5 minutes to spare, ate a wonderful salad and watched history unfold in that horse race, a triple crown winner! Thank you Wendy's of collinsville va , and your employees for being so nice and making our evening !

This Wendy’s is super awesome. Ordered food late tonight, everything was made fresh. The staff was super friendly even though several other people were in line. People were frustrated due to power outages and yet the staff never got angry with the customers. 10/10 service, quality, and atmosphere.
Food quality & portion are starting to deteriorate unless ur willing to pay $20 something bucks for a fancy named chicken patty with a fancy named cheese. Again u can put lip stick on a pig, but it's still a pig. Fancy names in no way make it a better meal, just a fancy price tag for something I can get cheaper at most sit down quality restaurants with wait staff.

This is my favorite Wendy's of all the ones near my home (3), and most I've been to while traveling. The food! The people! All the way around awesome!
Never have a bad experience here, staff is friendly and food is always good, only had mess ups very seldom and usually fast service. Also their app has good deal usually, but lacks sometimes compared to other competitors.

My dad's favorite place to go. He's friends with most of the staff. The restaurant is clean. The cashiers are patient and friendly with my severely hearing impaired father. The food is fresh. I use the app for rewards. This is the only fast food chain to my knowledge who sells my drink of choice with meals, Sprite ZERO.
Looks like the process of the value meals have gone up. The$5 big bag is now $6 and the 6 dollar bag with the Chrispy chicken sandwich or bacon double stack is now $7
Visited on 3-1-23 at 6:30 pm. Best fries ever and all food was hot and fresh. 5 minutes to get order and excellent service!
The dining room was remodeled recently and very clean. There were TV's around the dining area for easy view from most tables. The staff were all friendly, smiling, and polite. The food was hot and the fries were super fresh. Everything was great over-all. I would highly recommend this fast food establishment if you're in the mood for a quick bite.
