I ordered ahead on the app. The window worker was polite and quick to help me. My pizza was done in the estimated time and ready for me to pick up when I arrived. The only complaint is that the pizza was not cut all the way through on the bottom part of the crust. But, for quick and cheap pizza, I'm not too worried about that. It tasted good, and the kids were satisfied, so that's a net positive!
I ordered a thin crust beef pizza with extra sauce and they got my order not just right but perfect. We all know different locations do things differently and I highly recommend this location. The guy at the window had amazing customer service and I even went back the following day because how pleased I was!!
So, never had a problem with this one until about a month ago when I came in 20 minutes before closing and asked for the pizza with all the meat on it and was told that they only have sausage left. I was thinking what does that have to do with me? I want what I ordered. I would've understood if I was told it takes 30 minutes to make, then I would've taken the sausage. Already talked to corporate about it because there was more to the story. Today, I've been trying to call so I can place an order for around 8:30-8:45 and they're not answering. Its ok if they're really busy, I'll try to call back in a few but, at this point, idk if I want pizza now
***Edit*** just talked to someone and they explained why I couldn't get it last time and I apologized told them that the last person didn't tell me that. So, I'm getting pizza tonight
It's pretty good for what it is. It's not wood fired. It's not casual dining. It's not gourmet pizza. It's cheap, fast food style pizza in a cardboard box. Ordering with the app and selecting in store pizza portal pickup is the only way to go. The drive through window line is often backed up and blocking traffic in the parking lot on the weekends. With the pizza portal, I go in, punch the code, pick up my pizza, and leave. No fuss. Don't even have to talk to anybody.
The service and pizza is always amazing!!
Food was great. I had an extra most bestest pepperoni with extra sauce. And an order of cheese bread. The food was great price was perfect. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5...it could have been cleaner inside. Several 2 liters and 20 oz. Sodas were not available. Almost nothing in the case in front. And the employees are nice but definitely not overly friendly.

Not only they are fast like any other Little Caesars, they are also vey attentive and the customer service is great. They always get my orders right and go above and beyond to give me good customer service too.
Employer on drive-thru here has amazing customer service.
July 28, 2020 around 12:45pm I ordered a couple pizzas; young man informed me that would be a few mins. i ask if i had time to go across the street. He says sure and that he would remember and he did. Came back from Starbucks and my hot pizza was ready. Thanks again.
I have had no reason until tonight to rave about a pizza. I would like to thank the employees of Little Ceasars for making my pizza so perfect!! I ordered a LG Thin crust beef, mushroom and extra cheese with light sauce. When it was delivered from the Collinsville location to my home in Caseyville, it was still so hot that I had to wait a few minutes to eat the first piece and it stayed hot until I was done!! I will personally call the manager and rave to him because I know usually they only get the bad calls. His team tonight deserves 5 Stars from me for sure!! THANK YOU LITTLE CEASARS FOR A GREAT PIZZA!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! πππππππ
Who needs domino's when Little Caesars not only taste almost as good but their employees are wayyyyyyyyyyy nicer!!! I tried using my piece of the pie rewards from dominos one time and when they delivered they tried charging me for my pizza... I called, asked for the manager, said he was sorry and next time I ordered to explain what happened so I did... They put him on the line and he denied talking to me and called me a TON of VERY rude names!!! I called corporate and he got fired!!!! Maybe the EX manager of dominos shouldn't have been sooo rude!!! Ever since then LITTLE CAESARS has been my go to for pizza!!!! dominos all fall down eventually xD gotta love karma!! It's came back to bite me a few times when I was younger so I just try to treat others how I'd like to be treated! But if they want to start something I make sure to end it! Anyway can't wait to eat my delicious LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA!!!!!! ^_^
The pizza was wonderful. The wait that day was not so great. The employees were nice and patient but I'm going to assume that night maybe they were training new people. I will go back and hopefully service will be faster.
