How is it that every time I come here I literally get pulled too the side weather it’s a big ole order or if it’s literally 4 cheeses burgers tonight, there open 24 hours but some how they only have burgers and drinks, I just don’t understand why you have a job if you aren’t going too go and do the job .. they are literally paying you money too be at work too work? I also work in the restaurant industry but this is just so beyond me that the only place close too home that’s “open 24 hours” in quotient’s because you rarely see this place open 24 hours that they can’t even serve a French fry … they guy at the window and taking the order is most definitely not even the problem it’s just the company and management it’s self.

Google maps says they're open 24 hours, but any time I go there during late hours the guy at the microphone tells me they're closed. They have all the lights on, including a big flashing "OPEN" sign out front. Makes me think it's just people who don't want to start making anything and pretend I didn't show up. If that's the case then I'm sure they're shirking other stuff like cleaning as well.

There's always something with this place. Last time I came here they said they were doing drinks only. And when I wanted to get a drink they said their machine was down. The other time I was there they said mobile orders only. I get not having enough staff for the night shifts. But if it's in the middle of the day and you guys can't maintain your customers orders why be open at all...

Not a big Jack in the box fan, they are slow and lack customer service skills. However, we needed late night food and they were the only ones open. Let me say I was totally impressed by the late night crew. They were efficient, pleasant and quick. I never have a good experience, but this time was different. The young lady at the window, was delightful. She displayed awesome customer service skills, patient, friendly and accommodating. She took care of us and made sure we were satisfied, WITH a long drive thru line. The food crew was dynamic, they moved with swiftness and precision. My food was nice and hot, AND FRESH! I only waited about 5 minutes at the window to get it!! The whole night crew was amazing and their efforts doesn't go unnoticed! I definitely will go back to that jack in the box again late night!

Sad when no one in the lobby and no one ahead of me in the drive thru ...just to wait and get home with the wrong order! How the hell you mess up a one car order seriously. As a corporate or franchise owner I would be embarrassed having these type of staff members wasting compaying time and money ..let alone advertising to hire more ppl at x amount of dollars. How about instead of looking to hire more staff members....start with home front training on successfully completing an order?! Disappointed....

I only have one complaint about this place but I'm still going to give it five stars. The main thing I need to mention is how hard it is lately to find a Jack in The box location that's open. There's one near my house but I've been there and the guy told me that they're only doing mobile orders and I hate installing apps on my phone especially from restaurants. The other location is probably about 7 miles away and conveniently whenever I want something they're not open. I only stopped because I was running an errand and I was shocked when I saw it had vehicles in the Drive-Thru. I love their jalapeno poppers because it's a full size popper and not little diced bits like Burger King does. I love their sourdough sandwiches and my daughter absolutely loves their grande sausage Breakfast burritos. My only complaint with this place is that when I ordered curly fries at least half of the fries were regular fries. And like I said their food is really good and it's something I can easily overlook
