Omg....so good! My family tried a little of everything and it was amazing. Pulled pork, ribs, rib tips, and pork steak all with original sauce. Meat was really tender and the ribs fell off the bone. Great portions and prices and staff was friendly! We'll definitely be back! Needed a place like this in Collinsville for sure!

The staff and service is amazing! Pulled pork was great and they let us try the Turkey Ribs which were absoultely delicious!!!! Definitely recommend this place!!
After a long day of painting and working my family decided to order red top and it was unbelievable! Their snoots and blackberry pie are to die for and it is super affordable. Their ribs also took up the entire to go box, and they have a rewards points system now. Can't wait to go back!
This place is beyond amazing. Today's the second day in a row we've ordered there and I have to say, they're 2 for 2. Their sauce flavor is incredible and the tenderness of the pulled pork sandwich is incomparable. I hope they stay here for the long haul.
We just got finished eating this amazing food!! By far the best bbq in the area! I got the pulled pork and Mac and cheese and my husband got the pork steak and green beans! One word.....PHENOMENAL!!! We already have our orders picked out for the next time we go! Highly highly recommend everyone try this place!!
I've passed this place a couple times and so glad I stopped. The ribs and pork steaks were some of the best we've had!

Been wanting to try this place for a while now and I'm glad I finally did. We ordered the Sunday rib special with 2 sides and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!
Tried it out today for lunch. Very good and great service. Brisket was perfect and sides were really good. Very generous portions. I'm looking forward to trying the chicken. They were grilling some when I got there and it looked fantastic! Definitely recommend trying Red Top. You won't be disappointed.

WOW....pork steak you can cut with a fork. Just the right amount of smoke perfection. The mac n cheese and potato salad are the real thing. Stopped eating just to write this. This is a must try.

I've heard great things about this place and was finally able to stop in today. Everyone working there are helpful, friendly and eager to please. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious. It was cooked perfectly. The sauce and bread were excellent. I will definitely be coming back often. You owe it to yourself to give them a try.

We have lived in collinsville for 14 years and just stopped and ate here for the first time ever. Wow just wow. The hot link, the rib tips (honey flavored bbq), coleslaw and Mac and cheese blew my wife and I away. We are going to call the owners now and give them kudos and see if we can buy some of that bbq sauce somewhere. The mac and cheese especially has a little kick to it which I have never tasted. Going to be going back here many more times in the near future for sure.
We got a lot of food and a cobbler desert for just over 20 bucks. Sure a lot better than going to fast food and spending the same amount or more.

Yuuuum!! We have been wanting to stop by Red Top for some time and now I can’t wait to go back. My husband and I both got brisket with the honey sauce which was fantastic. So tender and flavorful. I personally like that it’s sliced thin, about 1/4 or 2/3 inches. That’s served with two pieces of bread and we both added 2 sides. We had cole slaw, potato salad, green beans, and mac n cheese. We also got a side of gumbo which was pretty good. Their gumbo has shrimp, chicken and sausage all in it which some places leave one or two of those out for some reason. It was a nice amount for the price, everything was priced fair. I’m going to go back for more gumbo, some nachos and burnt ends. The lady at the window is sweet as pie too! Hopefully you don’t have to drive far because smelling your food on the way home will make you drool... maybe not literally but it was hard not to eat and drive.
We got 3 whole BBQ dinner meals extra side and two big desserts for $50 where other places would have been $100. The price is great and the Food is even better. The woman at the drive through was also so sweet.
I have lived near this place for 3 years and didn’t try it until recently because it was so small but I underestimated it. The spicey sauce was on point, brisket was some of the best I had. Mac and cheese was yummy but could maybe be a little better. Baked beans were delicious and the caramel cake was to die for. I don’t like cake and donuts but I had to steal the cake from my boyfriend. Try it once. Just once. You will be back. We just came to get some for Mother’s Day and we were in Saint Louis. The hour drive to and from was worth it.
This was our first time visiting today and it was really good! Their Chili is one of the best Chili's I have ever tasted. I will definitely be back for that Chili! We also tried the Snoot, Brats, and Beans and we enjoyed them also.
I had always wanted to stop and try the BBQ because I pass it every day on my way to and from work. My mother placed the order and let me tell you I'm glad she did!!! Everything we ordered was tender, seasoned, and sauced up!!! Their peach cobbler was the icing on the cake for me!!! We will be back!!!!

Stopped in while in the area and got the pulled pork. It was really good. Tender with a nice smokey flavor. Honey bbq sauce was delicious. Service was great and very hospitable.
