Wow! This is the best and true shaved ice! Almost fluffy soft texture, and Flavors are great. Watched them keeping the tables and seating areas clean wiping them down after each visitor. I can see now why they always have a line well worth it!

Seriously the best shave ice place in the Midwest! Their syrups are not overly sweet, the ice is like cotton candy, the staff is super friend and they have authentic toppings! Exceptional doesn't explain them.

I'm not sure what they do to the ice but it's spectacular! There's nothing else like it around this area.

If you have never been to Hawaii and have heard of the shave ice over there and cannot get to Hawaii...go here!
