This Carvel location is great! Customer service is efficient and always friendly. They always have cakes and take home treats in stock. Many businesses have made changes due to COVID-19 and this location has done a great job of providing hand sanitizer, reminding customers to remain 6ft apart and ensuring the safety of their staff and customers. They have signs and reminders for safety, it's a shame that not all customers follow their simple rules! (such as max of 5 customers inside the store at a time).
Excellent selection of ice cream flavors and limited time flavor through different seasons is also good. My all time favorite fudge brownie Sunday dasher 😋
This is by far the best carvel in New Jersey!! They ALWAYS get my order right and they even make sure it’s all the way to the top unlike the other carvels in the area!!! If you are looking for top of the line service and great ice cream definitely! Go to this carvel! They are absolutely amazing!! You guys are the best! If I could give them 10 stars I would !!

Compared to other Carvels this one is amazing. The line was a bit long but the service was amazing and the staff is patient and take their time with making and decorating the ice cream especially my favorite sundae dasher!
This Carvel has a very pleasant counter staff and they are always patient with customers, even when there’s a long line on a hot Summer day. The store is always clean and they have a large soft serve selection. The parking lot is small, so at busy times, parking can be an issue.
Great Treats at Carvel! Try the Sundae Dasher, it's soooo yummy! Staff is well trained and very friendly too.
