This restaurant is a must!!! I had never eaten here before while visiting Colorado Springs. The plate presentation is awesome!!! Then to eat the food, omg!!! When I go back I plan to eat there again. I ordered the blackened chicken with mashed potatoes. While it sounds common for a dish, the chicken has a little New Orleans spice to it and cooked to perfection!!! Another at our table ordered the dish with the lobster meat in it and pasta, left nothing on her plate!!! Yet another ordered the salad, calamari and as the main dish, the dish with the red beans and rice. So much and so good, it was packed up to take back with her to Cleveland, Ohio!!! A must!! A must!!! Please open one out in the Midwest!!!

Awesome downtown/casual atmosphere. It was Fat Tuesday so the place was packed! As predicted. However, we managed to find a spot at the bar rather fast. The food was killer! My girlfriend got shrimp and crawfish etouffee. It came in a delicious sauce. I got the lobster trotolle. Awesome flavor and the shellfish all tasted fresh. We got Banana Pudding for dessert. BOMB. Your 2 for 1 happy hour specials get a thumbs up from us too. There was a live band in the back and after we finished dinner we went back to dance and grab more drinks. Successful date night thanks to this place. Definitely recommending to everyone.

As a Louisiana native the "Cajun" food on the menu is not quite authentic. However, it is really hard to get true Cajun food outside of southern Louisiana. So with that in mind I have to say the food is great, the atmosphere is fun, and the bottomless mimosas on the brunch menu are well worth the extra money!

Came for happy hour, left feeling fulfilled. Their specialty cocktails and appetizers were OTHER LEVEL. They had a great selection of booze too!I had an old fashion and the creole Cesar salad, which had a ton of (Cajun flavor) followed by some popcorn chicken that was to die for. I'd highly recommend this place. The bar staff made my drinks to order and I was treated with southern hospitality that is hard to come by in the Springs.

I had the crab cake - it was tiny but very flavorful. I originally ordered Cajun fries, but they were too spicy for me so they switched them for plain French fries. I was with a group of 6 friends, the service was attentive and helpful.

The service was fantastic we loved our waitress Memphis. She was a little fireball and did a very good job. Had Fried calamari, Gumbo and Etouffee baguette. So the food was great for the most part my issue was the gumbo it was to salty. I feel the chefs forget that the sausage has salt so dishes can become overly salted if not careful. All I could taste with the gumbo was salt unfortunately. The Etouffee was great on the other hand and the sauce was incredible. The Baguette are good but you get just 3. You also have to pay for bread which is ridiculous you get 3 pieces for about 4$. Bread should be a given not a paid for product there was absolutely nothing special about this bread. We also had 2 drinks I had the Lemondrop martini and the hurricane both were delicious and would recommend.

We had an amazing New Orleans flare lunch! The chef Shyann was AMAZING, we even stopped back at the kitchen to let her know! Our server Crystal was the best server we have had in a long time, very personal e and o. Top of everything. She gave us food recommendations and they did not disappoint! If I could rate this place higher I would !! We’ll be back Jenna and Wayne Texas

If you've ever been to New Orleans, you will be pleasantly surprised by the menu. Traditional favorites like gumbo, shrimp and grits, jambalaya, and drinks like the hurricane. The atmosphere is beautiful and warm, feeling a little antique. The summer jazz concert series on the patio is the real treat, be sure to go and really feel transported to The Big Easy.

Pretty good food. Started with Gator bites which was ok. Had the Shrimp and Grits which was GF and pretty good. This is the first I had with a broth which was surprisingly good and flavorful. Others had Beans and Rice and said it was good. Atmosphere was nice and server was attentive. Would like to try some of the other dishes, lots to choose from.

The food was perfectly seasoned and fresh. The chicken was moist and delicious. Crystal, our waitress, was attentive and very polite. Crystal made sure we had everything we needed. Even the drinks from the bar were perfect. We will be going back.

This restaurant is laid out so well, had amazing food & service, and was super clean and inviting. We all had mocktails and they were all amazing. For food, the Crawfish Éttouffée and Chicken & Andouille Gumbo were delicious. They were the perfect amount of spice and the ratio of rice was exactly right. We had a great time and really enjoyed our visit.

The atmosphere, location, and staff are great. I love the bar, they served my chocolate martini ice cold, yummy. We had the calamari appetizer and it was good, it was whole squid which can be off-putting for some, and they need to serve it with more sauce. my husband said his chicken and pork gumbo was five stars. My blackened shrimp and mashed potatoes was a good meal choice but the potatoes are dry. I didn't get pics of our main dish because we were having such good conversation. Fun place

WOW! That's all I can say (but I'll say more). This is an exceptional gem here with exquisite Cajun food. My wife's family is from New Orleans and Lafayette, LA - so we're always critical of Cajun food and imitators. This IS the real deal. The etoufee fries, red beans and rice with fried chicken, and the gumbo were ALL top notch. Unique flavors, but truly holding to real Cajun style. You HAVE to try!

Jazz on the patio was perfect for a summer night with fresh drinks and New Orleans style of food. Definitely a must go to for out of town guests.

The server was super friendly and fun and the food was tasty. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that I felt as if I could make the food I was served at home. For an upper scale restaurant, I suppose I pretentiously expect to be wowed by everything. Wow to the server (Hannah); wow to the atmosphere; yum to the food, but not wow.

Wonderful atmosphere, we came for our 2nd anniversary and we were not disappointed. Crystal was knowledgeable on the menu and drink selection, we will absolutely be coming back for the excellent elevated Cajun cuisine. Pictured are the gumbo fries, sherry shrimp scampi and truffle mac and cheese with blackened chicken.

First time here, the service, food, and expectations are great. The restaurant is clean, the all the food we had is clean, me and my wife enjoyed all the food and drinks we had, and the waitress was very kind and attentive. The culture behind the Chef’s ideas I think is very interesting, and I would like to see more of it.
