Reviews Cerberus Brewing Company

So, if you know Colorado beer and breweries you’re probably aware that Colorado Springs is not a top of mind city for competitive brews and even lower on the scale for “cool” places to enjoy them. Cerberus is a great place to have some respectable beer in a hip setting. Probably the best burger in town too.

Thanks for another great experience! I brought a client who just moved here and I'm showing her all the best spots. You were on the short list and she wasn't disappointed! Great beer, awesome food, and excellent service in a cool atmosphere.

This place is great! Some of the best beer I've ever had and food was amazing. Loved the pork bites and truffle fries. The hubs and I can be hard to please, but this place is a win. Must try!

The draft beer is out of this world and the food is just as close. Had the fried green tomato BLT that was truly amazing. Yes ever in the area this place is a must!

The best craft beer in the Springs. If you are fortunate to be in town when they have the Arlo Citra IPA on tap make sure you drop in and give it a taste! Oh... and their food is pretty amazing too!

Service is second to none, these guys care what you think. The beer is phenomenal, really can’t go wrong no matter what you order, staff is extremely knowledgeable about the product. You won’t find many places with better food, and no chance you find a brewery with food.

Excellent beer. fantastic IPAs, great staff - dog friendly (given the name, not a surprise) really nice selection of munchies. The full menu looked really great, but we didn't have time to sample the fare. All in all, a great place - we'll be back. P.S. try the fried green tomatoes - Yumm!

Such an inviting place, pet friendly outdoor areas, and nice service. Add to that great food, great beer, and an amazing cream soda. I've found a new place to enjoy.

Vacationing from Indiana and let me tell you, when you’re looking for incredible beer this is the place to go. Started at Bristol where the beer tasted like cleaning chemicals, moved on to Red Leg which was REALLY good beer then landed in this gem. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on all of their beers. I see why it was a winning brewery and for only being around a year... we couldn’t believe it. Our favorites were the Elysium and the California common.

Incredible food, no brewpub in the state comes close. Strong focus on IPA’s, both New England and West Coast styles are expertly done. Love the patio and overall vibe.

Really delicious food for being a brewery. Our server was a very down to earth kind of dude. Didn't inform us until afterwards that if you order a flight you should order 4 and get the 5th free until half way through the meal, but still gave us the discount afterwards. Not a lot of kids options here, they have to order off the small adult menu, but everything was really flavorful.

My friend and I were looking for a nice patio to enjoy the beautiful fall Colorado afternoon and we came across Cerberus. The patio is beautiful and VERY dog friendly. We didn’t have a dog with us but enjoyed all the pups who came through. Our server, Kaitlyn, was SO friendly and gave the best recommendations! The pumpkin beer was stellar and I loved the salmon po boy and my friend devoured the poutine! I would absolutely come back here!

Great vibes. The name of this place caught my eye, it did not disappoint. Great beer selection, yummy food, and attentive staff. Plus their merch is cute if you’re a Greek mythology fan.

Loved it! The beer is great, the small plates are delicious, and the atmosphere is really fun. We visited for an event and they did a great job hosting with a tent outside and a really accommodating staff. We will definitely visit again the next time we are local. Thank you for a great experience!

Food was 5 out of 5. Large portions, especially apps. Beer was 4 of 5. Have something that everyone likes. Service 2 of 5. Took 15 minutes to get a beer order in after being sat - and they were in a mood. The “gate keeper” busser was 6 out of 5. Dude was witty and personable.

Went in a hail storm with a bunch of our kids and the staff was awesome about it all, thanks! Besides that the food was great and beer was even better. The black IPA was really super tasty.

While not necessarily a kid friendly indoor place, the staff was amazing with our crew of 5 kids. Our waitress was knowledgeable on beers and able to guide each of the adults to what we would enjoy the best, got the kids fed first, and was above and beyond patient. We had a wonderful experience, and the adults will definitely be back with our military friends.

This brewery is amazing! If you like IPAs get the Elysium!! Also, check out the tap room across the street 7's Gate! They have 20 beers on tap and many bottles and cans from around the world. Incredible!

We had a wonderful meal. The service was a bit slow at first (i think it was because we chose the bar area and current waiter was busy) but it changed quickly. Every wait staff that walked by us asked how things were and if we needed anything. Great service! Yummy drinks with local liquors and brews. We ended up leaving with several crowlers. Michael was a great server.

Absolutely amazing place with fabulous vegan options. Went here with my family and even when my 5 year old was getting hangry our server was wonderful. Meals were a tad pricier than I'm used to but the atmosphere and the service is definitely worth that cost. Also be prepared to be told they don't do reservations. I called 7 minutes prior to arrival to ask if they even had seating and I was told it's 1st come first serve. The cauliflower wings slapped and so did the tofu Bahn MI.

My boss and I visit Cerberus at least once a week. We don’t even have to ask for Kaitlyn anymore because the entire staff knows that we love having her as our server. She is so fun and personable! That’s just one of the reasons we go there! The food is amazing with weekly specials, and they have in-house smoked meats (yummy!) and a great vegetarian selection as well! Don’t forget about there amazing beer selection! I just tried there new pumpkin beer last Tuesday and it was perfect! Oh geez, I can’t forget to mention their amazing patio and beer garden with the outdoor fire pit. Perfect for this fall season! See y’all soon!

Is it a great brewery or is it a great restaurant? Good news, it is both. Dang, the food and beer were outstanding. First things first, Chloe was great. Chloe, our server, greeted us with a smile, and she walked us through some of her recommendations which were all spot on. She was very attentive, and we never saw the bottoms of our glasses, which is huge for me. It was our first time here, Labor Day ’23 and we are so glad we finally decided to stop in for pint and lunch. The outdoor space is very cool and dog friendly, which we love, although no dogs this trip, next time. Beers: Tiny Umbrella and Elysium were delicious and on point for a hot summer day. My wife had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which was crispy on the outside, nice and spicy, and moist and tender on the inside, she’s already thinking about the next time we go back because she is ordering that again. I had the Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese, and I could eat that every day. They do their own brisket on site and it was tender, flavorful, and it falls apart nicely when you bite into it. Normally I’d be concerned such a sandwich might be a tad rich for me, but the arugula really balances it out perfectly. We both had truffle pubs, which are thick cut and very flavorful. Great spot, highly recommend it and we will be back.

I’m a Cerberus regular. I don’t love all the changes they’ve made over the past few months. They’ve taken off my three favorites items off the menu, stopped brewing my three favorite brews, will only serve from their very limited brunch menu until noon on weekends, and it seems all my favorite and long standing servers are gone. Not sure if there’s new ownership or management, but I liked Cerberus way better 6-12 months ago.

If your looking for delicious food mixed with fresh brewed beers. Your at the spot. I was blown away at there decor a d food selection. Let's first talk about there staff. Very knowledgeable about the drinks and food. I was recommended there Johny beer amazing taste was a dark beer very smooth. For starters I had there soup another recommended item and was very delicious. Paired perfectly with my Bison Burger. I never tried this before but the flavors hit the spot. There slaw and brisket sandwich were the combo you always wished for. For the review I will give them an 8.9 out of 10. If they added some extra sauce with the Bison burger it would be a definite 9. Keep up the welcoming feel and delicious food. For future travel and food adventures follow my Instagram @officialgetfresh

While visiting Colorado Springs this was the first restaurant we visited. Food was incredible! Drinks were delicious! Wait staff was friendly and suggestive on favorite dishes. Worth the visit, always great to find amazing food and good people. They have indoor seating and patio seating available for full service and a back yard area for drinks and snacks.
