I have to say that this is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! Never in my life have I been eating at a fast food restaurant that had a line almost out the door because of a promotional event and still had out food in just moments. And they had employees walking around asking if we would like drink refills and if we were enjoying our meals. I was so impressed with the cleanliness, the employee's friendly upbeat attitudes, and their calmness under huge pressure. Congratulations on being a top notch facility that I highly recommend to anyone!!!!
Last Tuesday on our way home from Denver Children's Hospital, we stopped in for lunch. A kind lady stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. She asked about our t-shirts, that say Team Colton, Fight Like A Kid. My husband proceeded to tell her about our son Colton having cancer, losing his right kidney and having 3 lung surgery in the past 2 years. He told her we were on our way home from having a CT Scan done and that we got good news today. She left and came back with a cow stuffed animal for Colton. He was so excited, he said thank you, I love the cow. We finished our lunch and started to leave, we were asked to wait. Colton was presented with a bigger cow, balloons and free kids meal and ice cream cone. Everyone made it a point to congratulate him on his good news. My husband and I left in tears...happy tears that is. Thank you for sharing in our excitement and recognizing Colton.
I eat at Chick-fil-a fairly often. It’s my go-to for fast food. The food is always great and have never had rude service. I love supporting a company that still has values.
This location is one of the busiest in the Springs; however, it rarely takes me more than 5 minutes to get my food. Many times I am still at the counter paying when they hand me my food.

Matthew the young man who waited on us was a joy !!! So friendly and kind ! Made our experience extra special.
We kept seeing the Chick Fil A store doing deliveries at the Townhouses nearby and decided to give it a try. Very easy and fast on-line ordering, constant updates on order prep, delivery status and even tracking, ...and overall - exceptional experience. Great meal, and food was delivered as hot as if we had been in the restaurant itself. 5 Thumbs Up for our local Chick-Fil-A!

I visited this restaurant for an early lunch today and had a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was conveniently located on Garden of the gods Road right off of I-25 N/S. The first thing I noticed is that their parking lot and drive-thru lines are all very clearly marked (painted on the pavement) for ease of navigation. Parking was adequate all around the building, the outside of the building is nicely decorated, they had several employees outside at the drive-thru taking folks' orders on i-pads, I was greeted upon entering, only waited one minute in line to order, was greeted with a smile by the young lady who took my order, she was neatly dressed in the restaurant's work uniform, she took my order quickly and was friendly, my food was reasonably priced, my order was delivered to me at my table in about 3 minutes, my order was served hot with everything I needed on the clean tray, the dining room had plenty of different kinds of seating (and included a nice, clean kids' play area), the dining room and my table were clean, and I was greeted by a friendly employee who asked me if I needed anything.
I ordered a menu for two but due to the lack of my communication skills they ended up being three menus. The employees, especially Ezmiraya was very friendly and outgoing to arrange a refund. What a nice person! Coming from Germany I’m not used to such good quality and cheap fast food- especially that kind of service!
Everybody that is in the restaurant, Drive-In, or through business should take note on Chick-fil-A's method of getting you through their line. Efficient delightful pleasant and proficient. The staff is delightful and the food is delicious. I'll be back for sure.
Everyone was friendly and the chicken is crispier than the usual Chick-Fil-A. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Eric was very nice and made sure we were accommodated. This is the best Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to.
Very busy place! But it's busy for a reason! Staff works well together and everyone there is very attentive. The food is great, atmosphere is pleasant and they do what they can to get you out of there quickly. McDonalds should take some lessons from Chick-fil-A!!!
This location is run like a military operation. Without their diligent staff, two lanes of a busy road would grind to a halt and shut down this whole part of town. That's how delicious these frickin sandwiches are. If you haven't tried chic fil a for breakfast, you're sick and need to be cured.
Never had breakfast at Chic FIL a before. Girl that took my order in the drive thru was friendly. Ordered the same thing I can get at most any fast food place for breakfast (bacon, egg, & chz biscuit). Biscuit was flaky and tasted fresh, eggs were fluffy, cheese was.... American, but the bacon was quite lacking. It looked like that shaving stuff you get precooked at Sam's. Tiny shards of raw fat basically. Stick with sausage.
Overall the biscuit was way too thick for the filling, but edible.
My first time at Chick-fil-A and I was pleasantly surprised with how yummy their food was. But what was even more surprising was their customer service. I didn't quite know what to order so the young lady at the counter, Sophia was very helpful in suggesting what I try. She was super sweet and reminded me that customer service still exists. The whole restaurant had a very friendly vibe. Even out in the seating area the Chick-fil-A team was very sweet, and made sure our drinks were full.
Kudos to the owner, he introduced himself and showed us that he takes great pride in his staff, menu, and the value of his customers.
I will definitely come back, this was a nice treat. Thank you for such great customer service!

There was one girl who seemed grumpy but when I got the the window, whoever was running the window allowed me to order a special order that she told me I couldn’t get. And then he was just so nice and great and made my day!
i love love love getting chic fil a . i quite literally eat more chicken always . the staff is very friendly. maybe once or twice i’ve had a subpar interaction, but i understand people have long days and this location is always busy. the food is always great, and the lines are long but don’t take long to get through at all. i want to give a special shout out to the young gentleman at the front that directs traffic. seeing him always makes me smile . he does his job excellently and i believe he’s a gem . you won’t regret coming here!!
