We have a classic and excellent lunch at the Black Bear Diner. Pot roast and a salad were the fare of the day.
The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable and the services was impeccable. Our server Bryan went out of his way to help us out and accommodate our gluten intolerance.

The food at Black Bear Diner is always great when you’re in the mood for some filling breakfast meals! The waiters and waitresses are very kind. We also got their orange juice which was about $5.90 and it’s very fresh! Only thing about it is that it was warm so we added a bit of ice in it to cool it

Be prepared for a TON of food! We got the “little less” option, and as you can see it was not!🤣 great atmosphere and amazing customer service. The biscuits are INSANE! Food was amazing. The vanilla iced coffee was soooo good. Better than Starbucks!!!! This is a must if you visit Colorado Springs!
Excellent breakfast! I had a vegetarian omelette and biscuits and gravy and both were delicious. I won't shame another restaurant chain, but the biscuits and gravy were miles ahead of the other place I hoped had good biscuits and gravy. The available hot sauces for my omelette were nice too.
Great food, great service, great aesthetics. I ordered the chicken avocado club and it was good to the last bite. I got the house salad with the bacon ranch dressing. Salad was fresh and delicious. Service was outstanding and super attentive. This place rules!!!
The food was really good. The pancakes were sooo good. My burger was a bit undercooked. Hash browns weren’t my favorite bc they’re really chunky. Mimosas are strong!
Debbie our waitress was great. She provided attentive timely service and anticipated our needs. The food was very good. The only issue was both our burgers were not quite done enough. I ordered mine Medium and would say it was Medium Rare. My wife ordered Medium Well and would say it was Medium
Clean, big portions at an affordable price. We recommend the very tender chicken fried steak and the bread pudding. Breakfast all day, service was great.

We had burgers and fries there for lunch. As always. The food was delicious, the fries were hot and crispy. It's a great atmosphere and although pretty full, it wasn't loud. They have a veterans discount. I recommend Black Bear Restaurant.
