I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Mimi's Cafe in Colorado Springs yesterday. Since it is only 10 minutes away from USAFA, my husband and I took our daughter, who attends the Academy, for a brunch. The food was not only delicious but also felt like it was made with a lot of love and care. The server, and likely the manager, was incredibly polite and attentive. The cozy atmosphere and spotless cleanliness of the place were much appreciated. We'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Mimi's!
Food was delicious! Came for breakfast and the variety they offered was just what we wanted. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Will be back!
We came for dinner where Mimi's I believe, is known more for their breakfast. Atmosphere was actually pretty cool. Fire place was going, all the stuff on the walls. Our waitress was great! Super friendly to my 10 year old son. Didn't just treat him like a kid, but a person. Wasn't our first choice this evening? But it may be in the future now that we have been here for dinner. Great food, quiet night out for my family.

April was our wonderful server today at Mimi’s. She was personable and efficient and juggled a lot of extra details with our orders. We all ordered something we hadn’t tried there before and were wonderfully surprised by how tasty everything was. I went here for a lunch date with my husband. We love Mimi's and we're pleased to see one in Colorado Springs. The food was good but the best part about our experience was the server, Julian. He was kind, attentive, and helpful.
Pretty decent breakfast! The service was a little slow, but our server was super awesome! For being a brunch-y type of restaurant, I expected a little more variety in the breakfast options. Biscuits & gravy, grits, & choices of different oatmeals would've been cool. The atmosphere was great as was the food.
Mimi‘s café is a very special place for my family and I. We’ve been coming here since my kiddo was a kiddo and whenever we are feeling like we want to have “mom n son time together”, though he is in his mid 20s- we head back and share a meal.
Everybody’s always accommodating and welcoming. We’ve got a few dishes that we really enjoy. I really like the beefs do roast with a house salad, their ranch is amazing. While my son has always enjoyed their breakfast food varieties.
Back in the day they used to have a better assortment of breads that they would greet you with, muffins, Baguettes, etc. Even though that has been excluded it’s still a good experience.

Was so excited to visit the last remaining Colorado restaurant from Denver (I'm an avid Mimi's fan and used to visit CA locations and the Flatirons/Aurora spots often years ago) and introduce my son to Mimis for his birthday. We stopped in this morning after a night at Great Wolf, were seated promptly at a nice booth and lucky enough to meet the best server we've ever had - Mario! We were blown away, he was so funny, kind, personable and was just absolutely amazing. Such a gem and we loved him so much! He was kind enough to bring the birthday boy a beautiful delicious treat, a fancy glass and made him feel so special! My son wants us to drive from Denver soon just to see Mario again! Also the benedicts, kids breakfast, strawberry lemonade and mimosas were amazing. Everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better morning. Thank you Mario and Mimis!
We loving coming here when we have our days off together. We love the baked Brie and cinnamon roll. We switch up our breakfast meal. Ki Ki is our favorite. We always try to sit with her. She always kills it.
I love coming to Mimi's cafe and the service given by Ki Ki Kim is unmatchable. Your drinks will never go empty and you will receive great service. Ask for Ki Ki is she is working and available. :) She is one of the greatest servers I have ever had. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so relaxing and the food is delicious. Mimi's is like a home away from home and they have so many choices. One of my favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs.
This is our second visit and service was good each time. JJ was attentive and took care of us. Gave suggestions and was helpful when we asked questions. I love the muffins. They are delicious. The atmosphere is nice too, reminds me of a quaint little cafe. I gave 4 stars because the fries were a little soggy. Otherwise the food was good.
Breakfast was delicious. I got the bacon avocado omelet and my wife got the veggie omelet. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We both really enjoyed it. And April was the best. My wife commented several time about how sweet she was. If you haven't been in a while, go back and check it out. Really good.
We love Mimi's. Want to let you know, you have an exceptional employee named April. The service she gave us was great. She was very genuine and kind. We thought she was the owner or manager, the way she was so nice and had a smile. A rareity anymore in this world. Please let her know she made a great impact on us and will always ask for her when we come in.The food was also great!
