El Padrino Mexicano - Colorado Springs - Photo album

This was our first time here, and we really enjoyed it. Glad we tried it.
If I could give the service 10 stars, I would. We've always loved the food here, but the service we had at lunch today was OUTSTANDING. This experience was what service SHOULD be, and it was seriously refreshing. One of many examples - my husband's slopper came out with not very much green chili on
Great Tex-Mex restaurant. The happy hour is a $1 off drinks. I sat in the bar area and the bartenders were very attentive. My food came out quickly and was very good. The margarita was strong and had good flavor. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the the Springs.
I was driving by and was stopped at a red light. I could smell a homemade aroma in the air. I looked around and found it was them 3:00 in the afternoon, cooking for their dinner rush! I tried Tostada and Veg green Fresh! Taste Great! Priced right and Excellent customer service! Thank you El Padrino
More like a 3.5. Everything tasted quite good. To nitpick, most vegetables were julienned so finely that they just scorched on the fajita plate. Everything could use more seasoning. Wait staff were very energetic and friendly, but missed out on asking to refill bar drinks. We had time for a 2nd and
Demetrius was our server and he was as nice as can be - super attentive and professional. The service was flawless. The food was also excellent. I just couldn't fairly give it 5 stars because of the fruit flavored tea and chips. But those are very minor things. Otherwise, it's excellent and we would
El Padrino is an outstanding Mexican restaurant that I would highly recommend. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly and attentive service that sets the tone for the rest of your dining experience. The menu is full of authentic and delicious Mexican dishes that are prepared wit
My husband and I came here for a second time. I ordered the house Margarita. It was neon yellow, and very obviously from a mix. It tasted horrible, so I asked the bartender to replace it with the jalapeno pineapple Margarita which was so much better. The mild salsa tasted like canned tomatoes, and t
The food here is very good. My wife loves the fajita enchiladas. Their Queso and salsa is also very good.
Food is above average, I like the Green Chili sauce. Service has been a little hit or miss for us over the years but definitely more good than bad. Worth a look for sure.
First time eating at this place. The waiter was very polite and checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything. The food was really good and reasonably priced. One thing I noticed on the menu was during lunch you can create your own plate, but the dinner menu doesn't allow you to substitut
Really great food, service, and portions. Their black beans are vegetarian but they're refried are not. I got the nachos which were superb. Not a huge place but extremely nice interior with ample waiting space. The bar looked really fun too. The prices on here are different than their actual prices
The bar staff is on point.. skinny margaritas are top knotch. Food is good quality , and the Jalapeno bean dip is killer!
Yum! I went here years ago and had forgotten how good it was. We went here for lunch and loved it so much, we went back a few days later with the kids! Food was delicious and reasonably priced.
