Great spot, the owner is a very kind and spunky old fella who helps make the sushi, is the designated greeter and really likes Elvis. The sushi selection was pretty wide variety. We got the all you can eat and I felt like I was going to grow fins I ate so much sushi. Also highly suggest the miso soup, the recipe they had was one of the best I've had in quite some time. 🍀
I've been twice in last 2 weeks. Once carry out and the other time I ate in. Both times very good. Service is great either way. There is a $29 all you can eat lunch menu but I've not had an appetite to eat that much. Either way the sushi is great.
The Absolute BEST! We met Elvis in the Seattle years and years ago and were super excited to run into him in Colorado when we moved here in 2014. This is our favorite restaurant of all time, we go whenever we get the chance, and we adore Elvis. The sushi and the service is top notch. 4 hundred million stars! Did I mention this place is the BEST? The absolute Best.
My first visit was best sushi ever. Elvis makes the food even better.
Real Japanese sushi in town.
I really enjoyed all dishes.
This place has never let me down! The sushi is always fresh, it's never been more rice then fish. Fair price and amazing serive! Elvis make the place pop! He will always have my business. If you were looking for a fun small hole in the wall place to go enjoy with the family this is the place for you.
What a great little place for Sushi! We were surprised since it's far from the Oceans. It was good, and fast. The service was awesome...Elvis had his A game on today.
Looks like he loves his place. We were all shook up. Our suspicious minds were eased.
Excellent sushi! It tasted fresh and the staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you enjoy top shelf sushi. All you can eat price was reasonable and we left stuffed. They also have a kids menu for those picky eaters in your life. My picky eater gave the corn dog and fries two thumbs up.
A great sushi experience! We bellied up to the bar with all you can eat sushi and warm saki. The sushi is fresh and there are tons of rolls to choose from. The owner, Elvis, is so friendly and makes you feel like family!
Top notch Sushi in COS! Elvis is the king sushi chef and always brings his A+ game. Friendly staff and AYCE!
Adashi was really really good as was the tempura vegetable roll, however we've been coming for years and I noticed that the miso has gone down hill recently possibly due to reformulation, but otherwise hubby still loved all his sushi especially the corn dog.
This was the best sushi place I have eaten at in a long time. The sushi was scrumptious, and the chefs were amazingly sweet! This is definitely a must for anyone traveling through Colorado Springs. For the price of the all-you-can-eat, you can get a TON of different sushi. I will definitely be coming back for more before I leave Colorado Springs! By the way, my favorite was the Army roll if you're looking for something delicious!
They have an AYCE option but we went with a la carte stuff. Had lunch after touring Cave of the Winds and this place is a gem. Great sushi that's more traditional style vs other places with heavy sauces. Who doesn't love Elvis, as well 😂
Great sushi at a good price. They also have an all you can eat option for the sushi, but it really isn't worth it unless you are going to eat 4 or 5 rolls. Overall great atmosphere, super friendly staff, and convenient location.
I Have Been Eating Here For Years, This Is My Favorite Sushi 🍣 Spot!! The Chef Elvis Is A Treasure Of A Human Being. They Have A New Young Sushi Prodigy Last Time I Visited Too. They Offer Individually Priced Items Or All You Can Eat That Includes Everything On The Menu (Except Alcohol) Appetizers, Hot Tea & Ice Cream... Just Don't Order More Than You Can Eat, Or You'll Pay Full Price Which Is Reasonable. The Atmosphere Is Wonderful, You Can Sit With Fellow Patrons And Watch Your Meal Prepared Or At A Private Table When Available. This Is A Great Restaurant For A Celebratory Meal, Date Night Or Any Night!! I Can't Wait For Next Time.
Loved this place. We both got the "all you can eat sushi". Service was great, not busy yet, got there at opening 11am on a Sunday.
Pricey and I guess there isn't an option to leave less that 20% tip. For the two of us with pop, unlimited sushi plus tip was over a 100 dollars! But we did get a lot of food and if we would have to had paid for all of those rolls somewhere else it would be over 100 dollars as well. Will be back next time we are in Colorado Springs.
