This Panera has the best service and food presentation. Every meal is made great each and every time. I've been here dozens of times. Jason the general manager is so kind and helpful, he's a great problem solver and listens to customer complaints with genuine concern and resolves them as best as possible. The food always tastes so good and fresh. The employees are very friendly and I love coming here to just read and drink coffee by the window. Thanks so much Panera!
Not bad for a fast food restaurant, pricey but food is delicious, of many Panera Bread restaurants I’ve been to, this one is worth the money.
Earlier today I ordered off of DoorDash, and received the wrong order. When I tried to reorder the order got canceled so I decided to call and prior to the call I was pretty upset but when the manager on site picked up she was extremely kind and was very helpful even explaining why the order was canceled. 30 minutes later I received my correct order at my door, I’m very pleased with the service I received
And the food was top tier, I had the new sandwich the pepperoni and mozzarella sandwich with the broccoli cheddar soup and the sandwich is AMAZING!
The customer service aspect needs a bit of help. In my email I received, I was told to wait by the Rapid Pick-Up shelf. After being ignored by staff for 10 minutes, I figured I'd hop in line even though it said my order was ready about 20 minutes ago. I told them I had an order and after asking for my name twice it was finally given to me. The food is good, I just wish the employees were more attentive.
The cashier was nice, handed us our buzzer for our food to pick up when ready. Well, ours & others buzzers did not go off when the food was ready. The young lady was calling out names for pick-up orders. I never heard her call my name. I decided to walk up to see if my order was ready & sure thing it was & cold. What's the point of the buzzers if the cooks are not going to utilize them? Also, you all need to work on having cleaner tables. This is not the 1st time walking in where half the dining room is filthy.

Every time I eat here the butter is HARD, can't spread it, must pack on more than I want. So I am using 4 units of butter instead of 2 for the bread. That means more calories for me..and wasted money for panera. I love their Greek salad...but the amount I get is inconsistent. The staff are Very friendly and nice. Panera's stand to place used dishes is "Gross" I feel sorry for the staff. There should be a tray on top with sections for the different size dishes...instead it ends up being a mess...gross to look at., a d for the staff to handle. The Greek salad is Great, But some of their other items are not good. So my rating is for only this salad. There is no Regular Service. I DON'T consider standing in line to order. getting my own beverage, having to go up to get my food and clearing my table SERVICE!!! Also when it is real busy they are not allowed to use both cash registers...somplan to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes...ridiculous!!!!
Also the choice of a side is not good. Why would any one want a whole apple...they should offer sliced fruit with a dip....that is still healthy and makes more sense.
The service and friendliness at this restaurant is enough to turn a frown upside down. Serously! I had to make sure to grab their names so that I could make a shout out to the staff that was present during my experience there. They were so helpful and kind, they welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door even in the middle of a rush and my order came up promptly. Carly, Madi, Kayla, and Kelly, you are all rocking it and I sooo appreciate you all! Panera is lucky to have these employees!
A pleasant experience at this restaurant. Suzanne and the manager on duty went above and beyond for me. Will definitely be back!
They did mess up the order, but the manager made it totally right and redid the order. Great customer service. Loved that they admitted they messed up and were willing to make it right. Trust me not all restaurants are like that. I will be back because of their food and customer service.
The food is always fresh, well prepared and portioned. My go to place for dinner takeout.
