We came here to try the all you can eat boneless chicken wings. Nothing bad to say about that. Decent wings, with decent sauces for a good price. We really ate a lot, made out money worth!
Our waiter I believe was a new hire and he did such a great job.
We will probably come back for some other deal on the future, the prices of everything else are very expensive for just decent food..
Unexpected later dinner had us going to Applebee's. The service was great, and our server was busy dealing with a table full of drunk women asking what was in every single drink ...one at a time. But he didn't miss a beat with us. Filled out drinks and apologized for them behind us. I work in the industry and was highly impressed with him. The food was good, and comforting. Can't complain one bit.
We had a great waiter but, the credit card machine in the table was disgusting, had food on it. It hadn't been wiped down in awhile. Our booth seat wasn't very clean either. One meal was brought our by someone in the kitchen and not the other. He was confused that he only had one and asked if we had another meal, we said yes. He said, "My Bad, let me go check". Never came back. Our waiter came by and saw only one meal and was a little upset and went to check and returned with the other meal, at least 15 mins after first meal. Just a little disappointed.
I came here today post surgery. Our server (I believe she was the bartender as well, as we were late afternoon) did an excellent job. She hit her alcoholic and non alcoholic suggestions, her upscale points including appetizers, and was attentive. She was polite, cheerful, and made sure to put us in an area that was accommodating for my reduced mobility. While listening in to another server that came on the clock while we were there, he also hit his upsale points.
Was nice to see happy servers who are engaged and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my first meal in over a day enjoyable through the pain.
This is the best Applebee's in town! The manager made us all feel so welcome. The wait staff was top notch and the cooks are great! Food hot and fresh.
I ordered the Bourbon Steak with shrimp and loaded mashed potatoes. Brought to me hot, within about 16 minutes from prep to table. Steak was so tender and slightly pink like I like my steak. It was seasoned so well that I did not need any steak sauce. Absolutely, good food! Next time I will have pictures. But trust when I say. Good food, good atmosphere. I recommend Applebee's.
Our server was Erin and she was so polite and attentive. Our drinks never ran out, our food arrived promptly. I would absolutely come back primarily because the service was so good.
Chris is Awesome, he is one of the best waiters in Applebee's. Very Knowledgeable about the menu. Ask for Chris. He is a Great Guy! This is from Anthony Miami Boy.

Everything was great...the food was awesome but our waiter left us with dry sodas and didn't come back to us for over 30 minutes.
Always one of my favorite places to eat. Go to once a week for sure. The $25 pick 2 take home you have lunch and dinner or dinner and lunch whichever way you desire. Thank you so much, always delicious and hot fresh and you can't beat the price.
Service was great. The restaurant was clean and a nice relaxed atmosphere. The food was fresh and pretty tasty, but the burger buns were kind of soggy and flat, and falling apart, making it difficult to eat and messy.

Tried a sirloin special 6 oz with $1 garlic shrimp. Really tasty and much better than anticipated. Very much enjoyed.

The sizzling Blondie dessert was sickeningly sweet... With enough sugar syrup to put someone in a coma!!! No tasty seasoning... so I give this a two thumbs down. Applebee's really needs to work on improving this dessert for $6.99.
Waitress was great.. she took out joking around ,like we were old friends. Been to Bozeman location a couple times,always had good , fast service...
Friendly server. The place was not crowded or loud, even on a Saturday evening. The ribs with the Asian sauce were amazing, and the Mountain Dew Dark Berry soda was also good. Music playing over the speakers added to the atmosphere but was quiet enough that I did not have to speak loudly across the table.
You believe that because you have a kiosk at the tables you need less waitstaff. This is false. Your hostess was working her butt off to keep up because she was the only worker. That destroyed her ability to properly wait our table. Because of her lack of attention her tips probably dropped dramatically. Food was great! Good atmosphere and upbeat. But the service lacked. And it was not the hostess' fault.
