Alfonso's Mexican Food - Colorado Springs - Photo album

Burrito taste amazing! Great service and all. Only reason they are getting 4 stars is because it really drain me after eating it, I had no energy which is mostly cause with low quality meat.
Food is Arizona inspired. They're take on a California burrito was tasty. Pico was grilled which was good but made it taste more like a fajita. Meat was tender. Taquitos were excellent and quesadilla was basic. I'm usually a green hot sauce fan, their's is decent. However, their red hot sauce was am
Alfonso's is probably the top authentic Mexican food you can get in Colorado Springs, like 1/2 notch above Monica's Taco (which is also excellent). Now what does authentic mean? Not texmex. For that see Hacienda Colorado or Chuy's. Not hipster. For that try Torchys on the north side. All of those ot
I was completely blown away by the food here... Green chile, salsas, everything was to die for. This is the # 15- supreme burrito combination and it was massive
Hands down the best Mexican food around COS. I live next to Taco Express and they started skimping the burritos so I looked elsewhere and came to Alfonso’s by recommendation. Needless to say I’ll never go anywhere else! Huge proportions and absolutely delicious. Haven’t had anything that wasn’t fant
Not only amazing food but also some of the most caring and compassionate people I've ever met in Colorado Springs. Definitely enjoy this amazing food and support this local business. 100%
Oh my goodness! Just tried Alfonso's and the flavors are so delicious. Had the taco salad. Perfect! The bowl was light and crispy, unlike other taco shell bowls that are too hard. The shredded beef, beans and peppers were fantastic! Hubby had a burrito combo and thoroughly enjoyed it! Treat yourse
I enjoyed this place. Denver has its own Mexican style that I can’t find in Colorado Springs but this was almost it and not the same kind of “Taco Star” Mexican food. $32 and my whole family ate. Quick service, even with a full drive through. 3 drinks were $1.50. I order the chili relleno and crunch
There burritos are so big! Definitely worth the money and not only was the burrito amazing but the girl with pretty curly hair was not only cute but nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking them out!!!!!
My wife and I had a very busy Saturday and were craving some Mexican food. As a result, we kept our eyes peeled for a place that we would like to stop for dinner. We came across Alfonso’s and she remembered that some of her old coworkers loved this place. The decision was made and we decided to eat
Absolutely delicious! My husband had the egg, cheese, and potato burrito while I had the rolled tacos. We split a horchata which was like melted ice cream...so wonderful. The quality of the food and how delectable it was shocked us both. It is legitimately amazing! Definitely a must try.
Their red sauce is top notch. I got their chili relleno burrito. Only downside is it doesn't stay together very well due to amount of beans in it. They don't offer chicharonnes either. But, it's still good food at good price.
Had to wait more than 30 minutes for drive through. They got the order wrong. They also charged me $1.50 more than the price on the menu. Said it was tax. And then they want a tip. A tip for what? Making me wait and then ripping me off?
