Love this place, the ice cream is sooo good. And the barristas are so good at mixing the ice cream. When you first walk in, behind the first counter, they have little things made out of Legos that are cute and keeps your mind off the short waiting time for others to get their order. And they ALWAYS overfill your cup. This is the best!
I enjoy Cold Stone ice cream, but today I decided to get a milkshake. My milkshake was average, it wasn’t as good as the ice cream I usually get at cold stone. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my visit.
I’ve had two ice cream cakes here and I’ll be honest that they are the best ice cream cakes I’ve ever had! They are pretty expensive but the quality is well worth it.
The only reason I give this place 4 stars is that they only have a few ice cream flavors to offer (11-12) and the scoop size is not as plentiful as other ice cream places.
I would pick up another ice cream cake here for a birthday, but I would go elsewhere for just ice cream.
My wife and I went to this ice cream shop tonight and had a good experience. The location is convenient, parking is somewhat limited and tight, the shop is decorated nicely inside and out, there is limited seating, they didn't have the specialty ice cream combo I saw on the coldstone website (this is the second time this kind of thing has happened), the employees were average, our ice cream orders were delicious, but EXORBITANTLY expensive.

Haven’t been to Cold Stone in forever! We got the Mud Pie Mojo and Birthday Cake Remix. Both were tasty, and huge portions. Yummy waffle bowl, but they were out of the chocolate ones. Also out of hot fudge, but it’s National Ice Cream Day-I totally understand! Thanks for the BOGO coupon! $8 for two huge ice creams in waffle bowls with the coupon. Great deal!

As always cold stone never disappoints. Everyone always leaves happy. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is great. Enough staff working g to keep the line moving along at a good pace. We like this location.
This is a great place for a little treat! It's fun to be able to mix in different kinds of fruit, candy bar pieces, and nuts. My kids love going here, and for an occasional treat, it's alright, however, I feel it's a bit overpriced. The prices begin at $5 for a small, I admit, it is a good portion, I personally just think a bit too much.

I admit, I have a Cold Stone addiction. The rich dark chocolate ice cream calories are all worth it though (lol, for this chocoholic) and the customer service at this location is exceptional! The employees I’ve dealt with are all so kind and help to make it a great experience.

Omg this place is delicious and the reason I can’t lose this last 10lbs, 😝it’s my only weakness. We go at least 1x a week, I love the chocolate cake batter with brownie, bananas and almonds. I always get a “love it” size but they always dig in there and end up making it a “gotta have it” size. It’s so creamy and scrumptious. Most of the time the people that work there are really nice. You may get the occasional rude person but most of the time they are all really nice young people working. Even if the customer service was awful, which It ISNT!!! I would still drive the extra way to get it! We live right by Josh and Johns and we never go there, we drive the 20 minutes to get cold stone. 😋
i love cold stone. The environment and the employees are always so kind except for one time but other than that they are so welcoming. the ice cream is amazing and i love going there on hot days. One thing though is that i don’t think it’s okay for employees to work when they’re high... you could tell that one employee today was extremely high by how blood shot her eyes were and how she was acting. Of course all of them were kind, especially the one lady in a blue shirt i believe. she was absolutely amazing and smiled at us and welcomed us kindly. I don’t believe that the high employee has anything to do with the business. i don’t believe that the boss knew about this but i do believe it should be addressed as it is a food place, it makes me question whether she was smoking in the back or if she came in like that. other than that i always have amazing experiences there and of course i will still come back
We got the new peanut butter cup ice cream. It comes in chocolate cups like a cup cake would have paper. They come in a box of 6 like cupcakes but they are ice cream. Omg freaking fantastic. Soo worth the price. The employees were happy and friendly. Definitely going back.
Great ice cream with a great variety. However, almost every time I come here, they make at least one mistake with the ice cream, and then throw it away! I believe that many of the employees need better training. Despite this, the last time we went, the employee was really nice and very competent.
