I go to La Casita mainly for the breakfast food, the breakfast burritos. The quality here was just as good as the other locations. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito, which was good. and it didn't cost too much, I'd recommend coming here.
Had a small Christmas party and picked up the food from the 8th St., La Casita and the food was amazing and packaged very well. Everything was fresh and my employees totally loved it! Doing it again next year. And the price was very fair.
So I just have to say that by far they have the best steak fajitas hands down . I got the breakfast burrito steak and eggs when I say I got hooked I got hooked like a drug on how good this food was. Then I told myself let me try again and it’s just the same the best steak so tender and flavorful it’s well worth the money no matter what. I wish they sold full steaks cause how they cook and seasoned it it’s just amazing and I’m not lying at all go try the 8th Street location you will not be disappointed at all. That’s my experience with this place five star all the way down.
Excellent Mexican food fast, but NOT fast food. The tamales were huge, and very generous portions of meat in the tacos. We also got a large basket of chips, and received this huge bag of fresh made chips. The salsas were also really good. Found the restaurant in a Google maps search, and all those positive reviews are well deserved. Very friendly staff who made some great recommendations.
Thirty-two years ago, in their previous location, they were my model for the best Mexican restaurant anywhere. It was a traditional sit-down place with many wonderful menu items. Today, post-pandemic and now an order-at-the-counter operation, their food is still wonderful and with as many choices as before. Location is better, with much better access. Ambience is like most fast food establishments, with plentiful seating in an open area. Counter service is fast, although standing in line comes with the operation. If you're looking for great Mexican food served quickly, this is the place!
Place was clean, food was very affordable around 10 bucks a dish. Order taker was very polite, back staff was polite, no evidence of drama or stuff you see at McDonalds... you all know what I mean. Calm atmosphere. If you're on a budget and want some decent Mexican food, it's a good place to go.
I often have late lunch here because I'm hooked on their Green. Chile. They have wonderful tamales and they are BIG! I RECOMMEND AN ORDER OF THEIR SOFT CORN TORTILLAS WITH BUTTER, no matter what you order. Currently they have a special ""buy1, get one for $1.00. Outside patio is nice. Indoor seating is pretty plain. They serve breakfast which I am anxious ro try!
As far as fast food goes, this place is pretty good. They are local and have their own take on it. Nice breaking away from the big chains. I normally go for breakfast but they hit the spot for any meal.

I had the 2 cheese enchiladas plate double refried beans no rice and it was a great selection for my vegetarian palate.

This is my favorite location their food is always fresh hot and delicious. The employees are always so wonderful and friendly. The ladies who work their have the best personalities and are truly enjoyable to be around.
Food quality is good and consistent, reasonable portions. Big variety at condiment bar. Eating area kept pretty clean. Indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are very reasonable, you order and pick up food at the counter.
This is like a fast food Mexican, only the food is top quality Mexican! I've never tasted better tortillas and the hot salsa was amazing!! They put real Mexican cheese on the dishes too!
I would go here again but earlier, we went on our way back to Pueblo from Denver and it was close to closing, staff seemed bothered, a girl was mopping and leaving the floor soaking wet, I nearly fell numerous times because my cane kept slipping on the overly wet floor, or burritos were sloppy and lacking, my friend insist they are good and the tortillas are homemade, which they seemed to be, I will update this review when I stop there again... it will be earlier than 8pm tho.
So great Mexican food and salsas! My daughters drove here from Grand Junction just to go to this awsome restaurant from their childhood and still yummy food and the people that work there treated us like queens and princesses. Thank you La Casita for another very happy memory ❤
