Great brisket sandwich. Way more meat than expected. Friendly people. It's in a food truck outside of the brewery (which is in a metal Morton building). Off the beaten path but well worth the drive!

Best BBQ anywhere!. Move over Kansas City, St. Louis and dare I say it, Texas! This IS THE best BBQ I've ever tasted in my life. Tender and juicy with just the right amount of smokiness, you really don't need any sauce; but their "mopping & slopping" should not be passed up! Oh, and the portions on the sandwich are generous. I usually save half of the brisket sandwich for the next day, and it's even good cold. For sides, go with the baked beans (rich flavor) or the fries. (The cole slaw is easily forgettable.)

Ate there on 3 Jul. The pulled pork sandwich was great and also the baked beans. Has a brew pub right next to it where you can eat if bad weather or you want to eat inside.

Beer and BBQ, what more could you ask for?. A good friend of mine and got done working on his car, and as a treat for a job well done, we travelled down the street to a place he said he'd never tried, but just heard good things about, Rocky Mountain Brewery. Little did I know that B'z BBQ was located/attached virtually on this building. B'z is nothing more than a bright yellow trailer, but it's position is so that you can tell it's pretty much not going anywhere.

So we walked up to the side and examined their menu and decided on the pulled pork sandwich (which they claim is award winning) and a buffalo/bison bratwurst with relish and red onion.

Since almost everyone going to this BBQ place will ultimately probably head inside for some beer, it was nice to know that they go in and serve it to you when it's done. So we went inside and took a good hard look at over 12 beers on tap (all delicious by the way) and enjoyed the flavorful pulled pork sandwich (slightly vinegary with a tangy sauce) and our bratwurst (not dry, like you'd think anything made with buffalo is) over two paddles of a 4-beer sampler.

This BBQ place is one that I'd definitely love to come back and try more of, including their ribs and brisket, but from what I can tell with the pork and brat, they're probably going to be damn good.

Great BBQ. This is one of the best BBQ joints in Colorado Springs. Prices are great, portions are huge. RIbs are very good, quesadillas are very good, pulled pork is very good, smoked nuts are very good. Highly recommended, great local business.

Genuinely Good BBQ. Was in the area to help with the Waldo Canyon wildfire and heard that BZs was the BBQ place to check out. Unfortunately I'd been cooking BBQ for almost 3 days, so I wasn't really in the mood - but this BBQ was SO good. Really good find, you can sit outside or in the microbrew (which has some really good brews) next door.

The service was great, people were happy and very helpful. They're attached to a fantastic brewery, with awesome beer flavors st good prices with lots of size options. My ribs were okay; tender and juicy but I didn't like the sauce - HUGE half rack, big bang for a buck. The cheeseburger was out of this world. Best I've ever had. Definitely going back.

Good stuff! Pulled pork sandwich was awesome, but the bun itself was quite meh. Cheese curds were absolutely great! The sauce game here is on point with both the dipping sauce for the curds and the BBQ sauce on the sandwich being outstanding. The coleslaw holds it's own, tart and creamy.

Really enjoyed this bbq food truck & it’s cool that it’s combined with a brewery! I’ve been searching for BBQ pulled pork nachos in the springs & I finally found some here! Also the popper dip is AMAZING! Definitely will be back!

Biz BBQ is a MUST to try! We have had them a few times and one time to feed 12 of us without much notice. They handled it smoothly and everything tasted great. I am thankful for their food and flavors. Our favorite items are the cheese curds, the dogs, the burnt ends, and the beans. The fries also are always well-seasoned. They are so worth it. We frequent private label a lot so weather we get a snack or a meal they are always amazing!

Craving bbq?? this is the place to go! We solely went for the bbq. Brisket sandwich is fire. Coleslaw and beans are fireeee! I'm not a fan of the cornbread (I like my sweet not earthy) but the service was quick it was hot and we sat outside and enjoyed the food.. yummy!!!

Coming from Texas, I’ve had some great BBQ brisket, but I have to say that B’z brisket sandwich rivals some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had in Texas. Their coleslaw mates perfectly with their homemade peach habanero BBQ sauce, and their beans are THE BEST I’ve ever had, hands down. Thanks for an awesome lunch! Highly recommend!

The brisket sandwich was very well cooked but the actual flavor wasn't there. The sauce was good but not as much was there as needed to offset the lack of flavor. I love coleslaw and it was good and the smoked nuts were great.

The pulled pork was really moist and flavorful. Make sure you try the Hogwash sauce. The burnt ends have a nice smoky flavor and go good with the beans. Don't skip the cornbread. So good!

We have had BBQ from across the US and B'z ribs are the best we have had. Fall off the bone and juicy. We have found our go to BBQ fix here in the Springs.

Great food! The pulled pork sandwich was amazing! I got it with the mopey and sloppy bbq sauce. It lived up to its name, needed like 5 napkins after I was done. The customer service was fantastic. This is a cool outdoor experience, easy with a breeze. The bbq sauce is homemade and delicious. Definitely drop by for a fun eating experience.

Best BBQ I have found in the area. They pile the meat on their sandwiches!!! And their ribs are top notch, just wish they were available more than just Friday's and Saturday's!!! Great Mop Sauce, but all the other sauces are good too.

The best BBQ in Colorado Springs—and surrounding areas. I’m from Texas, and I’ve never tasted such tender and lean brisket like theirs. Their housemade slaw, sauces and sweet-salty French fries are also superb! The portions are huge, so you won’t be disappointed by anything you order!

Best BBQ in town. I've been coming to B'z for years but since I don't work on this side of town anymore it's been about 4 years since I was last at B'z. We were passing by today so we stopped and had the burnt ends and peach habanero hot sauce. The Mountain IPA was from Rocky Mountain Brewery next door. This review is only for the BBQ but the beer next door has always been just OK.

Best. BBQ. EVER. A tiny food truck that packs a big punch....hidden gem tucked in a corner...however you want to phrase it, I highly recommend you try it. it's my favorite place to eat in the Springs- the Hawg Dog and the Burnt End sandwich are amazing! Just do yourself a favor and skip the brewery he's next to though. Gross, and likely to give you a funky gut.
