Definitely not what I expected when we drove up. I expected a small sit-down restaurant but walked into a fast food kind of set up. A little hesitant, we order and I am so glad we did. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Tortillas and beans all freshly made, the sauce had a nice kick to it, the rice
I've been away from Tex-Mex too long šŖ. So I stopped by LA Casita to get my fix. It was around 3 pm so the place wasn't too busy . I was greeted right away from a cheerful gentleman who took my order.

Enchiladas ,rice, beans ,crispy taco š® š. Everything was great š jus
We will drive 2 hours for a date day to come here and enjoy the fine crusine.
The authentic Mexican style rice and beans too each dish along with homemade salsa and chips at your table.
The waiter's are too notch using the 12 step serving method.

Very nice place with freshly made tortillas that make all the difference. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Being from El Paso, Iād describe the food as quite authentic, generally speaking. This is absolutely my favorite place to get breakfast burritos in Colorado Springs!

LaCasita was fantastic! We had a wedding at Fox Run Regional Park and my son wanted tamales and rice to go with the Barria tacos he made. Both the rice and Tamales were delicious! We love their cheese enchiladas the service is fast the food is really good and it always comes with a smile. We also would like to make sure you know they have a dog friendly patio, that's important to us.
Let me start off by saying that these were the best flour tortillas in the Colorado Springs. Literally nothing beats them. The burritos and nachos were a little lacking, but the food came out hot and correct which was awesome to see. I am glad to see this place is busy, but note that if you want to
Tortillas are fantastic! Portions seem to have gotten smaller, could have just been this visit. Service was great!
I'm going to miss coming here. They've always had pretty good Mexican food. Their tortillas are awesome. They're freshly made daily in-house. I am sad that they closed their salsa bar, though.
