This 5 star review is contingent upon getting Drew as your server. At least I think that's his name. Good food, great beer, fun atmosphere, and toilets flush!

Great beer. The owner is a qualified beer judge and what I had tonight was evidence of that. The staff is friendly and entertaining. They have a good menu. I didn't have any food, but most other people did and seem to enjoy it. They prices are reasonable. They have bicycle racks out front - convenient for downtown.

This place is great. Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere, an awesome selection of beer, tea, and soda, and some good food to pair it with. They sometimes have specials on certain days/times throughout the week, which I love to take advantage of. If you're into microbreweries, this is definitely not one to overlook!

Nice place to sit back, enjoy a locally brewed beer that doesn't taste like the mass produced junk like Budweiser or Coors. Food tastes good, though is a bit pricey, but worth it since it's the kind of stuff you don't find on a regular basis. The owner and staff are all wonderful, helpful and friendly. I plan on going back.

We went on a Wednesday right when they opened. The service was excellent and we had a really good snack plate of cheese made by the bartender. The beer was good too. I especially loved the bitter and the IPA, but all of the beers were solid. I absolutely recommend stopping in.

Dobblebock is the best beer I've had in Colorado. Very cool space. Perfect for midday and afternoon relaxation. Also they have awesome poor over coffee. I could see it being an awesome night time spot too. Plenty of space. Had the Porter and Baltic Brown today. Both top notch. Wish I lived in Colorado so I could enjoy this place regularly. For whatever it's worth, this is one of two internet reviews I've done lifetime. I'm a beer snob and this place only impressed me. Please spend money here so they can get big enough to spread as far east as Tennessee.

I've always loved the beer here. Though at times, they seem to have an inordinate number of IPA's compared to their other offerings. Nothing wrong with that, just an observation. Staff has always been awesome. Though, taproom needs some help. Updating maybe??

This place is glorious. Two dollar Tuesdays, and that Porter. I guess it's won a lot of awards. Normally, I'm an IPA guy, but this porter.... It's really incredible. You have to try it to really know how amazing it is. Definitely check these guys out! They are fantastic!

FantastI place to sit down for a beer or two, or three. Bartenders are courteous and able to hold a very nice conversation. Food was a little limited and disappointing but there's plenty of other places to go for food nearby. Customer service and beer wise, this place is fantastic!

Nice brewery in a cool location. The food is freshly made and relatively healthy. I also thought the service was good. The seating might be the only thing that could be a problem if they're hosting an event.

Went after work and then the next day during lunch. ($2 TUESDAYS!!) Honestly a great IPA, loved the wheat too. Menu is excellent and you can tell that the food is made with care! LAMB ON NAAN! Staff was super friendly. Will return!

Pretty good food, I could see a wait if it were busy. Beer is really good, typical styles with a couple of twists. Laid back, good music and comfortable.

Captain Jack's IPA was flavorful and mildly hoppy. The staff was very friendly. I will be back to try some food + more beer!

Excellent choices of beer. Nothing too fancy like other breweries. And they will fill Howlers (Halfies). Highly recommend.
