I'm not sure why every single Firehouse subs I visit, it feels severely understaffed. Regardless, the one guy working there was super nice and made a damn good sandwich. Actually was one of the best ones I've had.
Had an amazing experience. I have celiacs and the workers were more than accommodating taking all safety measures to make sure everything was safe to eat. Want to thank Zach specifically!! Thank you Zach fir taking good care of us!! Will be returning frequently!

The meatball hero was absolutely amazing. A little pricy for a sub but definitely worth it. They come in big portions so I’d suggest sizing down to a regular or small if you’re not extremely hungry.

This is the first time I have been to firehouse subs. The customer service was great; Ali helped me. I really enjoyed the Decour and love knowing that part of the proceeds go to help firefighters save lives. Very cool! Thank you!
Staff was polite and good at their work. Sandwiches were as good as to be expected. I'm partial to the engineer on wheat, but your mileage may vary.

First time trying this place. Ordered a Hook&Ladder, Spicy Cajun Chicken and a Meatball. We shared them amongst us. The wife says it’s her new favorite sub joint and the kids loved it too. Disappointed we waited so long to try out.
